I am an event planner, manager, and decorator that provide luxury and memorable experiences. I specialize in weddings, balloon design, baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays, anniversaries, business showers, pop-up shops, workshops, and special events. I was told I would get 6 servers, and 6 hours of service with them providing all the necessary staff supplies. They showed up at 6:30, and were gone at 10:30. I was told they would bring water pitchers, trays, tray jacks, and trash bags, and were going to help with clean up and trash. Only 3 people showed up. They brought nothing but themselves. My day of coordinator was going by and filling up water cups herself. Since they decided to busy themselves with food prep, but I already had two servers for that that came with my food catering. It was very embarrassing, and I did not get what was promised to me when I paid. They also did not stay until the end to help us throw out trash, instead my guests did. I would not recommend this company to anyone else.

Evening,
For your event you were provided 6 hours of service. I do apologize for the amount of staff due to the other half of the team being involved in a car accident on their way to the venue. The staff that was there showed up at 6pm and had to locate where to go because the company was not provided many instructions. The team did stay until 12am and did take out all trash from the event. As was told that from the venue manager that they would collect the rentals items and “not worry about it”. The staff did bring supplies that were needed for a buffet and the caterer had asked the staff to help serve food as well as prep food because it was only two of them. The staff made sure through out the night to take out the trash to keep the venue clean. The staff did fill up water glasses for the guests and the day of coordinator said she “wanted to keep herself busy so she wanted to help.” I do apologize that you were not satisfied with the service.

She took care of everything, from the venue to the decorations, and made the whole experience stress-free. On the day of, I didn't have to worry about a thing! 🤍💚
