I've been dancing for 10+ years formally training in hip hop, burlesque, modern burlesque, jazz, gogo dance, and a bit of ballet. I am fit and have good endurance and cardio as I train both weightlifting, dance and biking frequently. I am very high energy as you will see from the videos linked and truly love what I do which really comes through in my face when dancing.
