I’ve been involved with many events the past few years and hands down, Gold Level is by far the best. Absolutely great service and professional. They went above and beyond. Jeannie was amazing. I can’t say enough good things about her.

I reached out to Donnell and Gold Level Spirits just a couple days before our 70+ person event. Donnell got right back to me and was super-responsive on the front-end, providing general consultation specific to our event size (i.e., what to buy, how much to buy) before he even agreed to do our event. Donnell then said one of his team members, Jackie, would be available even despite the super short notice. Gold Level Spirits delivered. Jackie showed up well in advance of the event and organized all the offerings to ensure they were ready for our event. Jackie displayed all the offerings on the table to ensure our guests knew what was available and provided professional, prompt, courteous and super friendly service the entire evening. At the end of the night, Jackie consolidated all the leftover drinks and made end-of-night clean up a breeze. I would highly recommend the Gold Level Spirits team for all your bartending and service-related needs in the greater Charlotte area.
