The O'Dea sisters run a craft school in Columbus that specializes in corporate and special events. We provide fully-customizable make and take art booths with a range of mediums. All of our instructors are professional artists that enjoy sharing their skills and helping guests create special works of art that they will enjoy for years to come. Our most popular stations are stained glass, leather belts, and essential oil blending.
We have a range of art stations that have been created by our instructors and love to create custom projects. We have built paint-by-numbers canvases for weddings, and logo inspired stained glass projects.

With Good Dea Craft School you can expect us to plan and prepare everything needed for our setup at your event. We have multiple tables where 6-8 people can work on each project. We generally have people rotate through each station throughout the event. It gives everyone the chance to participate and keeps you form having to worry about class schedules and sign ups. Without a schedule, guests can move from station to station or make only what they are interested in. We guide each guest through the art process and ensure that they have a completed project to take home.
For example, the alcohol ink flowers: Guests receive pre-cut leather petals, they wet the leather, we talk a bit about color theory and provide an example of how to color the leather, guests pick their colors and start dying, completed petals are attached to a wire and glued in place then hung upside down to dry.
This is one example of the many options we provide. We have worked on schedules with signups when it is preferred.
We have any options for classes and enjoy creating custom projects for any event.
Good Dea Craft School was founded by Kara Cullenen-O'Dea and Pamela ODea. Two artists who enjoy teaching and sharing their art. They have created a community of artists that developed their own short, easy to digest classes that they teach on site at 4145 N High St and off-site for events up to 500+ guests. They offer a range of activities or displays for corporate and special events.
We prefer that tables are provided for our craft stations but are able to bring tables if they are needed.
Electricity is required for stained glass, alcohol ink, and some other classes but not all.
Stations must be in a covered area protected from the elements, outdoor venues are ok.
We have a full, easy to calculate, pricing list that we would be happy to share with you.
