I have been desiring to do a sound bath in person for a while and saw JoJo at a metaphysical fair. I had a 15 minute sound bath and he had relayed afterward that I had a lot of activity at my third eye and crown chakras, and said he manipulated those so that the information I was receiving would come at a more consistent rate. I did not ask him to do that and he did not ask if I wanted that. Ever since then I have felt discombobulated and disconnected from not only source but the physical body as well. I have spent the last year focusing on clearing and opening both my third eye and crown only for them to be closed down after one session with an unknown source. I do not blame him. He was right I did have a lot of activity at 6 and 7, but I want that activity. Since this experience my intuition has been closed off, and I feel as though I will be staring over opening the third eye. Know your practitioner and the practice they perform. Namaste

I’m sorry you experienced that and apologize for the late reply. I’m not on here that much. Sometimes after a healing, people can get really ungrounded and it may feel like body is discombobulated. Envision red roots to help you ground or you can envision silver or golden roots to a blue sun (central sun) to really open the third eye and crown while finding ground. Tapping your third eye will help open it up more and getting connected to your body. Let me know if you’d like to schedule (free of charge) to help with the grounding and opening those chakras more.
