With gorgeous renditions of much loved jazz songs and Cy Winstanley’s exquisite voice, Gossamer Trio brings a touch of class and sophistication to every event.

The trio perform classic jazz standards with a contemporary twist, and have been working together since 2008. From Chet Baker to Michael Buble, Frank Sinatra to Norah Jones, their song list includes everything from light hearted western swing to lush ballads.

The band has performed internationally in the UK, New Zealand and Australia, as well as regular performances in Nashville. Gossamer Trio are an ideal choice to complement your wedding, cocktail hour, event or celebration.

INTRODUCING LEAD VOCALIST: CY WINSTANLEY

Hailing from Auckland, New Zealand, Cy has spent more than a decade as a professional jazz musician in London, Malaysia, New Zealand and the USA. He is a sought after vocalist and guitar player in Nashville, performing alongside country, pop and americana artists. Cy has released three albums of original songs with Tattletale Saints, garnered international press, numerous awards and nominations, including Folk Album of the Year 2014 in his native New Zealand.

WEDDINGS

The trio’s extensive wedding experience means they can set the tone performing the songs you and your guests love without intruding on the moments that make up your special day. They will read the crowd and choose songs to best suit the mood, from background music during canapes, to waltzing the night away.

Gossamer Trio draw on a wide variety of musical styles including jazz, blues and western swing and can tailor their performance to energise your event or create the perfect background ambience for a relaxed cocktail function.
