Photography: The Greater Philly DJs have an amazing selection of professional photographers. They are creative in their style of capturing those fun family filled moments, making sure that they do not miss any moment throughout your wedding.
Venues and Receptions Halls: When it comes to your preferred choice of venues and reception halls, the Greater Dj are a team that can work and adjust all kinds of venues, be it in a botanical garden, community halls, churches, parks, local clubs, and pubs around the Philly, Delaware, and Jersey area. Our team will consult with you and do a pre-visit of your venue. This way they will be able to match your needs and offer their advice whenever needed.
Flowers and Decorations: Flowers add more character and personality to every wedding. You will be directed to speak to an expert in floral We will cater for all your overall flower needs, from the bridal bouquet, corsages, centerpieces to name a few. We make sure that we work with your color theme throughout your wedding area to the reception. We have an exceptional team of decorators that will give your venue that elegant look with the use of fabric. We use monograms that reflect the bride and grooms names on the floor and the ceiling of the venue.
Photo Booths: Our booth comes complete with customized backdrops as well as props to suit your wedding needs. You have a choice of two on request: A basic photo booth or a deluxe photo booth. The Deluxe photo booth comes highly recommended and requested for our weddings. They are photos are of a quality standard because the come with appropriate LED lighting and green screen filters. There are attendants at each photo booth to assist each guest when taking the photos.
Entertainment: Based upon request, Greater Philly DJ Services has all your entertainment needs covered. From a highly qualified Mc to fog machines, jumping castles for the kids and the young at heart, costume characters such as Spiderman or Elmo and last but certainly not least, dancers who are professional and their job is not only in dancing, they will keep the guests hyped too.

Company specializes in DJs, Inflatable Photo Booths, Photography Videography, and Event Enhancements such as motivational dancers, uplighting, dance on cloud, wedding fireworks, club lighting.

If payment in full (including any add-ons) is not received based on the payment schedule, a late fee of $10 per day, in addition to the remaining balance shall be paid to PHOTOBOOTH COMPANY. There is a possibility of booth down time at your event in order to change necessary operating media (photo paper, toner, etc.) and is expected to take approximately 5 minutes. This time is figured into the total rental period and will not be credited to client.

Cancellation Policy:

In the case of cancellation per client's written request on or prior to the final payment due date, client will be refunded any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit. If services are cancelled after this date, no paid amount will be refunded.

Optional Event Add-Ons and Rates:

"Additional Booth Time" requested by client prior to the event in writing or email or at the event by request of the attendant, will be charged at the rate of $150 per hour (pro-rated--rounded up to the next half hour). If "Custom Booth Decals" are requested for upper front panel of the booth, client will be charged $100. Additional "Idle Time" will be added at the rate of $25/hour. Any and all add-ons chosen within this contract or in written or email form by the client will be added to the final payment and paid to PHOTOBOOTH COMPANY in accordance to the contract payment schedule.

Access& Location Requirements:

Booth location must also be in a room with no less than an 8' clearance. Minimum door width for booth access is 28". Placement of booth can only be on level, hard and smooth surfaces such as tile, hardwood, concrete, carpeted room, etc. Grass surface, uneven stone surfaces or bare dirt are not acceptable and client will be notified of the inadequate environment and given the opportunity to choose a more acceptable location for the booth. We require one 110/120-volt grounded power outlet within 20' of booth location.

Damages:

Client will be responsible for damages incurred from actions of the client or their guests while the booth is on-site at the event location. Repair costs will be collected from client in the event of damage to the booth and will be notified of any damages within 48 hours of the event.

Forced Idle Time:

If booth cannot be removed from the event at the conclusion of the contracted time client will be billed at the standard idle time rate of $25 per hour till the booth can be removed without affecting the event in a negative manner.

Responsibility of Photos:

PHOTOBOOTH COMPANY reserves the right to use any appropriate photos taken during the rental for advertising purposes including but not limited to website exposure, print ads, brochures and advertising media.

This Service Contract constitutes the entire Contract between PHOTOBOOTH COMPANY and client, and supersedes any prior understanding or representation of any kind preceding the date of this Contract. There are no other promises, conditions, understandings or other agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter of this Contract.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client shall provide DJ with safe and appropriate working conditions. This includes a 6-foot by 6-foot area for setup, space for setting up speakers and lighting stands. DJ requires a minimum of one 15-20-amp circuit outlet from a reliable power source within 50 feet (along the wall) of the set-up area. This circuit must be free of all other connected loads. Any delay in the performance or damage to DJ's equipment due to improper power is the responsibility of the purchaser. Two circuits are preferred, where possible. Client shall provide crowd control if warranted; and furnishing directions to place of engagement. Client is responsible for paying any charges imposed by the venue. These charges may include, but are not limited to, parking, and use of electric power.

A written event/music planner or music request list must be received from the Client and forwarded to DJ at least two weeks prior to the date of the engagement for it to be included in DJ programming guidelines. With or without the aid of an event/music planner or music request list, DJ shall attempt to play Client's and Client's guests' music requests but shall not be held responsible if certain selections are unavailable. DJ will make an extra effort to have music requests available if they are received IN WRITING at least two weeks prior to the engagement.

RECORDING and USE:

No performance on the engagement shall be recorded, reproduced, or transmitted from the place of performance, in any manner, or any means whatsoever, in the absence of a specific written agreement with DJ relating to and permitting such recording, reproduction, or transmission. Pictures and videotape of the event are permitted for the private use of the contracting party only.

TIME and TRAVEL:

This agreement guarantees that DJ will be ready to perform at the start time of the engagement. If Client or venue requires DJ to complete setup more than one hour before the start time, or to postpone takedown more than hour after the end time indicated, the additional time will be charged at the rate of $50.00 per half-hour.

Engagements within the metro area will not be assessed a travel charge. Services requiring travel outside of this area will be charged at $0.50 per mile in excess of 30 miles. Engagements in excess of 250 miles will require accommodations be made for an overnight stay in a local hotel/motel for DJ to be provided by Client.

PAYMENT:

In the event of non-payment, DJ retains the right to attempt collection through the courts. Client will be held responsible for all court fees, legal fees, and collection costs incurred by DJ. Client shall be charged $25 for each bounced check plus a $7.50 service charge for each collection notice.

CANCELLATION:

The agreement of the DJ to perform is subject to proven detention by accidents, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God, or any other legitimate conditions beyond their control. If such circumstances arise, all reasonable efforts will be made DJ to find replacement entertainment at the agreed upon fees. Should DJ be unable to procure a replacement, Client shall receive a full refund. Client agrees that in all circumstances, DJ liability shall be exclusively limited to an amount equal to the performance fee and that DJ shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from any breach of contract.

All deposits are nonrefundable if cancelled within 30 days of the engagement unless the DJ cancels the engagement.

The purchaser and DJ agree that this contract is not subject to cancellation unless both parties have agreed to such cancellation in writing. In the event the Client breaches the contract, he or she shall pay the DJ the full contract value.

It is understood that this is a "Rain or Shine" event, and DJs compensation is in no way affected by inclement weather. For outdoor performances, Client shall provide overhead shelter for setup area. The DJ reserves the right, in good faith, to stop or cancel the performance should the weather pose a potential danger to him, the equipment, or audience. Every effort will be made to continue the performance. However, safety is paramount in all decisions. The DJ's compensation will not be affected by such cancellation.

It is hereby further agreed; that the Client shall be held liable for any injury or damages to the DJ, or property of the DJ, while on the premises of said engagement, if damage is caused by Client or guest, members of his organization, engagement invitees, employees, or any other party in attendance, whether invited or not.

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

By executing this contract as Client, the person executing said contract, either individually, or as an agent or representative, represents and warrants that he or she is eighteen (18) years of age, and further, if executing said contract as agent or representative, that he or she has the authority to enter into this agreement and should he or she not have such authority, he or she personally accepts and assumes full responsibility and liability under the terms of this contract.

This contract will supersede any other contract. If any part of this contract is illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this contract will remain valid and enforceable to both parties. This contract contains the entire agreement between the parties and no statement, promises, or inducements made by any party hereto, or agent or representative or either party hereto, which are not contained in this written contract, shall be valid or binding. This contract shall not be enlarged, modified, or altered except in writing by both parties and endorsed hereon.
