Hi!
I'm Greg Afek. I'm a very passionate and dedicated musician of 20 years, with 10 years all along the Gulf Coast. Whether it's that song that brings you back to that certain moment or the brightness and flow of one of my own creations, I bring a unique and unforgettable approach to music. With a loop, drum, and bass pedal as part of my set, I mimick a sound that would equate to a full band.
I perform nearly every genre of music, a handful of instruments, with 60 plus originals and hundreds of cover songs. Many have said my sound would equate to a melodic matrimony of rock, pop, jazz, funk, and pop folk, and enjoy my stage presence and love of the universal language we all know as music.

Greg absolutely played a part in making our wedding ceremony perfect!! Before the wedding, we talked and planned out the songs we wanted and he knew them all! The day of, he showed up on time and looked perfect for the occasion. During, he played beautifully!! There couldn’t have been better musician for us! Without a doubt, Greg Afek Music made July 4th, 2021 the most memorable and fun holiday! Amidst multiple torrential downpours, he continued to find ways to entertain our party! Everyone was extremely impressed by the professionalism, kindness and pure talent that Greg exemplified.

True showman! Highly entertaining and very talented. Me and a group of friends love going to see him play because he does a wide range of songs and we end up singing along all night. You never know what he will do next. One minute he is singing britney spears and the next he is playing a saxophone. Hands down our favorite local artist to go see when we have a night out.

With today’s technology , Greg combines his passionate unique raw guitar playing and vocals with cutting edge technology to deliver a very driving and interesting performance. Greg Afek has been living out his dream of sharing his music with the world.
A multi instrumentalist originally from Wintersville, OH , Greg has shared his passion of songwriting and performing in several places, including musically enlightened cities of Austin, TX, Nashville, TN, and New Orleans, LA.
Greg has been performing in the Gulf Coast scene for over 10 years. He has been fortunate enough to perform in several bands; have 2 songs featured on a popular Houston rock radio station; Direct a 31 band battle of the bands in Austin; Perform at the World Famous Bluebird Cafe in Nashville; and perform the National Anthem 7 times , including once at the 2017 New Orleans Bowl game in the Mercedes Benz Superdome.
Greg has always been known for his upfront, accentuated stage presence. His goal and objective for every event is to the leave the audience satisfied .
Greg plays nearly every genre of music , with 60 plus originals and hundreds of cover songs. His main focus of sound would be a melodic matrimony of rock, pop, jazz, funk, and pop folk.
Greg's main setup is an acoustic guitar, vocals, looper,drum pedal, and harmonica. He enjoys playing any kind of event and specializes in several services including weddings, parties, and almost any event you can imagine.
