Greg did an awesome job! We had him at our Christmas/ 1yr and 3yr old birthday party.
He sang a wide range of adult music, Christmas music and did a little show for the kids with kids music too. Everyone loved it!
I get so much credit for hosting this party but the real credit goes to Greg for making it such a fun event.
I’m hoping we can do this every year!
Response from Greg Luzitano:
Thanks so much for the kind words and for inviting me into your family event! It was a pleasure, and I hope to see you all again soon!
Greg is a true professional. He is very responsive to all messages and is timely and very easy to work with. He did a wonderful job for my sons 1st birthday/ Christmas party. He sang pop, Christmas songs, kid songs and did an interactive kids performance. He even provided some impromptu back up guitar for the Santa we hired with gigsalad.
Everyone loved him and were asking me for his details after he left for their own parties. I came out looking great because I hired Greg!
I highly recommend for your next event.
Looking forward to working with him in the future.
Response from Greg Luzitano:
Thanks, Amanda! It was a pleasure working with you too, and I’m so glad you and your guests had a great day!
What a fun time! My 2 year old and 4 year old went to see the show. My outgoing 4 year old loved being able to instantly join in singing along an moving to the music. My shy 2 year old took a little bit to warm up, but Greg was so funny and so engaging, that my little guy ran up and gave him a hug during the performance. I loved seeing him come out of his shell and have a great time. We can't wait to see Greg again! They are still singing his songs and dancing to his moves in the car.
Greg and I have worked together on quite a few projects now, but perhaps the most meaningful of which was providing the wedding prelude and ceremony music for his sister, who happens also to be an extremely good friend of mine. What I love about working with Greg is that, while he and I come from different musical roots, collaborating with him is so very easy and enjoyable. He is a blast to work with, is extremely professional and the end product is always just what's needed.
I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Greg perform many times, and have even had privilege of performing alongside him. His production value is top notch; he is energetically captivating, his guitar is an extension of himself, and his voice is like butter; he has talent coming out of his ears. I can’t say enough about Greg - he’s guaranteed to be perfect for any event. 10/10 would recommend!
I attended Greg’s children’s show at Borderland State Park, snd his talent for playing, singing, and acting were on full display! Both the children and the adults were enraptured from start to finish. Greg’s use of narrative, silly songs, and full body movement provided excellent entertainment. I will definitely return to see this artist again!
Response from Greg Luzitano:
Thanks, Kerrin! Glad you and your kids had a good time!
Greg’s sing along dance along set is high energy fun, creative, and engaging!!!! Greg’s acting skills keeps all ages captivated and singing about our favorite like B I N G O, rowing our boats to Bonnie, shaking our sillies out, getting gum out of our hair, and, of course, going for a bus ride!!! I attended Greg’s set with my nieces and nephews and we were all up dancing and singing along. Ages 1-75!!! Even Grandma was up and dancing!! My nephew had a bad case of the grumps that morning, but within seconds of Greg’s silly set, he was belly laughing and singing and dancing his heart out! So much funnnnnn!!!!
Response from Greg Luzitano:
Thanks, Mary! Glad you and the kids had a good time!
Greg Luzitano has the rare gift of not only being phenomenally talented, but he is entertaining and authentic no matter who he’s with…! His ability to be with the audience and make his music personal and meaningful is incredIble-I always feel like he’s singing directly to me, and I’m invited into the worlds he creates. Greg is an amazing performer!
Response from Greg Luzitano:
Thanks, Jess! Always a pleasure working with you!
Greg was so great with the kids in Burlington. He was engaging with kids of all ages (and parents too!) teaching them through song and getting them up on their feet on a Saturday morning. It was so great to participate!
Response from Greg Luzitano:
Thanks, Becca! Glad you enjoyed the kids event!
Working with Greg is the perfect combination of fun and professionalism. His ability to bring so many talented musicians and artists together, provide clear information about scheduling and expectations, all while making everyone laugh and have the best time is why people want to work with him again and again. Couldn’t recommend working with him more!
Greg worked with me to cover a Willie Nelson song for my uncle's memorial service, per his wife and children's request. He made rehearsing it simple and comfortable, and was excellent at both accompanying me on his guitar and at adding his own vocals in a way that touched hearts throughout the room. It was lovely to work with such a supportive musician to provide comfort to my family in an artistic way. Everyone adored him!
Response from Greg Luzitano:
Thanks, Carol. It was a pleasure to help bring solace to your family during a difficult time
Greg and I were introduced by a mutual friend when I needed to record what I thought would be a quick little project that turned into several sessions. Being new to the recording world Greg didn't flinch helping navigate me through the how to. Though he was working as a sound engineer in this capacity, his background as a vocalist, instrumentalist and songwriter were critical in getting me through to the final product. I was fortunate enough to leave this experience with a fantastic record, a new set of skills and an awesome new friend. I have turned to him on many occasions for thoughts about musical projects and trust his instincts entirely. It's a 10/10 for me.
Response from Greg Luzitano:
These sessions were awesome! It was a pleasure having your voice in my studio!
I hired Greg to perform incidental music leading up to, during, and following the ceremony, and couldn’t have been happier. He played beautifully, and got more than a few compliments from the attendees. The highlight for me, was certainly his acoustic ceremony music—simpler, and more subtle than having a DJ play the requested songs, and in the garden where the wedding took place, it was absolutely perfect. Greg is also easy to work with, and a delight to talk about music with during planning.
Response from Greg Luzitano:
Thanks, Tofer! Terrific song choices on your part, and it was a pleasure sharing your special day!
My husband and I got married outside in the snow - it was actively snowing. It was the first snow of the season and it wasn’t supposed to start until later. But it started a couple hours before the ceremony and we really wanted to stay outside. Greg not only played in the snow, frozen fingers and all, but he sounded amazing. He was very easy to work with, amiable, empathetic, and creative. We picked songs from musicals and asked him to also play Christmas music as house music. No song phased him! He’s very versatile. I would recommend him to play parties for any age group and you will not be disappointed to have him play at your wedding or other special services. He makes everything very personalized!!
Response from Greg Luzitano:
That was a memorable one! Thanks!

Firstly, I'm a professional (who even outside of my music interests has been in management for over a decade), so I'm reliable, communicative, and prompt. I'm also adaptable, so if something goes awry, I can improvise and go with the flow. I'm charismatic and can read the room to adjust stylistically to what an audience responds to.
With my acoustic guitar (or electric if preferred), I would perform for 45 minutes at a time, with 10 minute breaks in between. I am able to provide small audio setup suitable for a small room, though if a larger venue, would need access to larger PA or amplification through the venue or provided by client.
My repertoire includes songs from the last hundred years primarily in the pop/rock genres, but I do also have dance, jazz, showtunes, standards, etc., in my catalogue. I also have many children's songs prepared, if a family or children's event is desired. I'm a very quick study, so I'm able to learn songs not currently in my repertoire if given 1 week's notice (if shorter notice needed, this could be available on a case-by-case basis, depending on my schedule leading up to the event).
My vocal range is very wide (E3 to G5) with an extensive falsetto, so I'm typically able to do any song in its original key, unless it's a Mariah Carey song or something with a similarly VERY high range. For most songs sung originally by women, I could sing it in their original key unless otherwise desired.
I engage with the crowd as much or as little as desired. If some kind of MC or banter is needed, that's no problem. Or if just background music with no direct interaction is preferred, that's fine too.
Though I tend to do solo shows with just myself and my guitar, because I have a catalogue of recordings of my own, I can set up backing tracks to "accompany myself" for a fuller sound on some songs.
I've been performing music on and off stage for 25 years, with experience as a session musician for other artists' studio recordings. During my tenure as Artistic Director and Co-Founder of Striving Artists Theatre Company, with 12 successful and award-winning seasons, I’ve written, directed, musical directed, produced, and/or performed in 30 shows. I’ve written and directed a series of radio plays, edited and published a book of scripts, and produced six albums released on all of the major music platforms (iTunes, Spotify, etc.). On all of these albums, I played guitar, bass, keyboards, drums, and any number of other instruments. I’m currently partway through recording my first album of kids music. I’ve also written and directed 9 short films, including Expiration Date, named one of the Best of Boston 48 Hour Film Project 2017. Furthermore, my responsibilities for the company include composing and performing and/or recording any original music featured in our performances and films. I’ve musical directed and performed in countless fund-raising concerts throughout the years, and I’ve performed and produced over 50 audiobooks for (link hidden). In all aspects, connecting with my audience has been a particular strength and joy of mine.
I am able to provide small audio setup suitable for a small room, though if a larger venue, would need access to larger PA or amplification through the venue or provided by client.
I do not have lighting equipment, so that would need to be provided by the venue or client.
No requirements for staging; I can set up just about anywhere.

My catalogue is extensive, so I don't have a typical setlist. However, I've performed songs by the following artists, from which you could give me a sense of the type of material you're seeking, and plenty more. I'm a quick study, and I'm always looking to learn more songs, so feel free to ask!
