I offer a unique experience for audiences, from my humble beginnings to success in business and life. I bring my outgoing personality with personable skills that I believe everyone can relate to and learn something from so they can be better tomorrow than they were today.
I lost my father when I was 8 years old and grew up with alcoholism in the family. After battling through my own addictions not graduating with my class to earning a degree and ultimately working my way to my dream job only to realize it wasn't my dream job but a nightmare. After suffering a minor heart attack in August of 2014, I had to start all over again in what I was called to do and how I found the Secret Nugget that put all the pieces in place. If you struggle to find happiness, your passion, your purpose, you know that thing you were put on earth to do. I believe my message can help you.
My goals have changed from selling thousands of cars in 12 years to touching 50,000 lives or more with my message. If you are looking for success in life, business, sports or parenting. I am your guy. " if it were easy everyone would do it." Bill Feudale
Hello my name is Bill Feudale, I am a parent of 3 great kids in Swartz Creek a senior, a freshman and a sixth grader, two are into multiple competitive sports. I have been coaching sports for more than 15 years. I am the Head Coach at Freshman Football in Swartz Creek. I am reaching out to you with a rather unique opportunity. I think certainly you would agree that coaching today is a big challenge certainly much different than when you or I grew up.
As a parent what I am finding is we wanted to give our kids everything we never had and expected them to have the same respect that we had when we earned it and it just doesn't happen. Participation awards have created a sense of entitlement. We tell our kids how special, gifted and talented they are and it leads to a fixed mindset. Lastly but as important we then gave them a phone. This is creating some of the biggest issues in regards to communication, kids aren't creating relationships,, don't look people in the eyes and are having a hard time dealing with the stresses of life. The numbers don't lie teen suicide is at epidemic proportions as is teen obesity.
As a coach what I am seeing is kids today lack self esteem. They are not confident. The hate constructive criticism and don't want to be accountable. In almost every coaching circle I am in the term I hear most is kids today are SOFT.
To share a couple of things about myself I grew up in a trailer park off Mt. Morris rd. My dad passed when I was 8 and my growing up was similar to the movie eight mile except I did not know how to sing. I played football as a freshman and got a job to pay bills at 15 and worked my junior and senior years upon graduation I was short an English credit it was devastating but it ended up being a blessing in disguise as I was eligible to play football in what would been my 5th year in high school. That changed my life I graduated, went to college, got a degree and started a business.
I became very successful in business earning a six digit income but upon getting my dream job it was not what I thought it was going to be frankly it almost killed me in August of 2014, I had a minor heart attack and it really scared the daylights out of me. I went on a mission to find my calling and the Lord has led me to this spot. I have wrote several books one going #1 on Amazon the other a best seller, I did that to build collateral for a Mental Toughness Training Center that I opened recently in Swartz Creek, I also do Life Coaching, and Family Coaching. But my main focus is on youth athletes because that is what I am most passionate about. However the programs are not limited to athletes. If you have a child or know of a child who struggles with self esteem, negative self talk, struggles with confidence I believe this program works for them as well.
I was working on this program a few years ago because a lot of my success in business came from information I had obtained studying self development and than I had a major breakthrough I had the majority of my program down but felt like I was missing something and one day while at Barnes and Noble looking for a book they did not have, I found this book and I literally put it back three times before ultimately buying it and it was a game changer the piece I was missing. I befriended the author, and bought a coaching program with him. I have spent thousands of dollars on different coaching programs but this one was different it taught me how to change my thoughts that were initially programmed as a child. By the way the author is the foremost expert on neuroplasticity,(the way the brain is wired). His name is Dr. Shad Helmstetter and he wrote the book "What To Say When You Talk To Yourself." Ten years ago people would think this is crazy but scientific data now shows that we have all been programmed and continue to be programmed first by our parents and family and friends, currently mass media, advertising etc...
I believe we must take a different approach with millennials So what I have incorporated into my Mental Toughness Program is to change your programming and it must be done first. That no matter what success you want in life your greatest battle is within yourself. The Enemy, Is In ME! You know that little voice that tells you your not good enough, that you just don't have what it takes, that creates fear, self doubt and self sabotage, for reaching your full potential. It creates a fixed mindset and limits your ability to reach your full potential. Well I found a way to overcome that by replacing your previous programming with a new positive program which than changes beliefs and attitudes and with that when you take massive action towards reverse engineered goals produces extraordinary results not only in sports but life. The process literally takes 21 days, the time it takes to create a new positive habit in your thinking. What I do as your coach is set a compelling vision create the resources and map your route to success, also supporting and giving motivation to keep my clients on track. Nothing comes without hard work but if someone is willing to adhere to the program it works.
I have worked with others in this field, I trained with a coach who worked with the Seattle Seahawks however I believe my program is better than his and others because they all miss the mark in regards to changing thought first and if you don't change pre conditioned programming first" No Coaching Program Will be Successful Without Changing That First. Because you will always go to your programmed sub conscious mind first always." Your perception is your reality and your need to be right is more important than anything. There is no exception to this rule.
