American soprano Haley Marie Vick graduated with her bachelors of music in vocal performance from Roosevelt University’s Chicago College of Performing Arts in 2015. At Roosevelt, Haley could be seen portraying such roles as Belinda in “Dido and Aeneas” and Calisto in Cavalli’s “La Calisto”. Since graduation she has been making a name for herself on the east coast in Amore Opera’s productions of “Rigoletto” as the Page and “Die Fledermaus” as Adele which was given a rave review by Voce di Meche "Adele was given a perfect portrayal by Haley Marie Vick--a properly over-the-top performance as she cajoled and wheedled and complained of a sick aunt."; Gilbert and Sullivan’s “Princess Ida” as the title role; and in Massenet’s “Cendrillon” as La Fee. This May, Haley will be making her role and company debuts with the Victor Herbert Renaissance Project LIVE as Maddie in “Eileen” and with New Rochelle Opera as Valencienne in “The Merry Widow.” Haley can also be seen in a concert series for Bravo Music Alliance and an opera gala in the Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall. In addition to these endeavors, she has performed as the soprano soloist in Benjamin Brittan’s “Rejoice in the Lamb” and sung in the chorus of “Carmina Burana” with the Chicago Sinfonietta. One of Haley’s crowning achievements, however, was not in the opera world, but on stage at Chicago’s United Center with The Rolling Stones to sing in the chorus of “You Can’t Always Get What You Want” for their three sold out performances in their 50 And Counting Tour.
If you would like live accompaniment with my performance, I need you to find an accompanist for me, or you can pay extra and I will find an accompanist. I need a piano or keyboard and a music stand (if memorization is not required). I will only need a microphone for musical theater, a very large space, or an outdoor venue.
