Sometimes known as the "Queen of One-Liners and Puns", Happi offers a show that can range from PG-13 to "Suggestive", but never profane. She spent many years as a comedy writer for various shows and comedians, including Phyllis Diller. Happi is also an actress, having appeared in several films and commercials. A capable emcee, opening, feature and headliner act, Happi has performed at casinos, comedy clubs, corporate events, churches, as well as retirement resorts throughout the country. You never know what to expect from Happi Johnson, except offbeat humor and hardcore chuckles.
And that, my friends, is what makes her "Happi".
Happi Johnson was great. Kept the audience in the show from start to finish. Very funny and would definitely recommend her.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT "HAPPI JOHNSON"
Happi Johnson is a lady who recently reentered the world of comedy and acting, after a 20 year hiatus.
Initially, Happi was a successful broadcast, advertising and comedy writer for various shows, commercials and performers.
She's also appeared in numerous commercials, television and radio shows, as well as motion pictures as an actress.
In the 1970's, Happi was cast as the only female member of a highly-popular cult television phenomenon, "The Oasis Theater" in South Florida, the #1 show for its time slot in that market. Her work, as a writer and performer, was fast becoming a hot commodity! It was during this time that Happi started writing for some very notable entertainers, including Phyllis Diller!
In the 1980's, Happi started doing comedy with another gentleman in South Florida. Very soon after introducing their act, "Fun with Dick and Sally", they were named "The Funniest Person(s) in Florida". They, quickly became crowd favorites at clubs and shows around the country.
In 1990, Happi's parents passed away in Memphis, Tennessee. This precipitated a move to Memphis, and subsequently led to the demise of "Fun with Dick and Sally".
After being out of "the business" for several years, Happi Johnson is back, where you can find her
doing stand-up comedy and appearing in many motion pictures and television shows.
You never know what to expect from Happi Johnson, except offbeat humor and hopefully, some chuckles.
And that, my friends, is what makes her "Happi".
