Marissa Kaplan-Dobbs and family operate Happy Faces Face Painting, Balloons, and Glitter Art. Marissa is a lifelong artist and creator. She first started face painting in elementary school with the Cyndi Lauper-inspired Art Eyes kit. By day she works in public health, by night (and weekends) she brings painty, glittery joy to humans of all ages. The rest of the family provides their services as face painting models and dinner critics.
