Harley Frances with Gotham Gal Cosplay

As a singer/character actor/mermaid, I am a chameleon with my ability to slip into different characters and portray them and their personalities perfectly. As a Disney princess, comic character and mermaid, I give my all to give people a once in a lifetime chance to interact with their favourite character, tailoring my own personality to be who the character is and what the people want. With years experience in crowd management and control as well as one one one interactions with children and adults alike, my performances and portrayals always leave a lasting, positive impression.

Being a professional entertainer and performer has always been in my blood. From performing as a singer for 23 years, cosplaying and portraying characters for 13 and performing as a mermaid for 4, I’ve brought smiles and unforgettable experiences to many crowds over the course of my almost life-long career. Starting at 2, I would singe for graduations, football games, the morning announcements in school, charity events, funerals, weddings and more. As I grew older I entered and won many vocal competitions before taking on show choir and becoming the youngest member ever accepted into All State Texas Choir. I continued my singing career into high school where I showcased my talents on television and eventually brought them into my character portrayals when performing as a princess. Character portrayal has been a part of my skillset for 13 years, starting by cosplaying characters in my room to being an invited guest to cons, signing autographs, taking and selling prints and hosting panels about what I do and how I do it to curious people and fans. I began cosplaying Harley Quinn anywhere I went at the age of 15 until I was picked up by my first con, Weatherford Palooza in 2016 a year later. From there, I’ve worked with Fan Expo, GACC and many other comic cons across Texas. Eventually, my character portrayal of Harley Quinn garnered the attention of millions and got me noticed by DC, Marvel, Warner Brothers and Nickelodeon, working with them closely on many past projects. My passion for portraying characters eventually carried me into the mermaiding world when I met people who told me that leaving the land behind was an option and helped me acquire my first tail. Since then, I’ve trained hard in the mermaiding world, taking my tail to public pools and allowing children the chance to swim with a mermaid. I’ve been in many parades, parties and private events but would love to do more with my skill to bring smiles to the masses.
