Having LeAnne play for my daughter's wedding was such a blessing. She is beyond talented and accommodating in every way. Her playlist is extensive, and she communicates so well from day one through the day of the event. She even wanted to wear a dress to coordinate with the wedding colors, she was lovely and relational on-site. My sister was showing her 4-month-old the harp, and she went out of her way to come over and play for him. When we interacted I felt like I knew her, or had just made a new friend. LeAnne performed an hour long concert for the residents at the retirement home where I worked. They greatly enjoyed her performance and appreciated the variety of styles she shared with them, as well as her explanations about the harp.
LeAnne played the harp for a brunch we had the day after my daughter's wedding. Everyone raved about how beautiful the music was. It made the event really special. LeAnne was great to work with, very kind, very professional. Highly recommend!!!

LeAnne made our memorial for my husband so special. Almost every guest commented on how beautiful she played and how it added so much to the ceremony. I will always be at least an hour early to your event to make sure that my set up and details are all in place. I have a variety of music that I usually play for background music that includes classical, jazz, broadway and popular tunes. If you would like a specific genre played please let me know at the time of booking me and I will be happy to accommodate your request. One of Chicago's premiere harpists, LeAnne Bennion has been highly praised for her masterful ability to create a classy atmosphere for any event. She has played at distinguished venues such as The Palmer House, The Drake Tower, St. James Cathedral, The Chicago Symphony Hall and is currently a harpist for tea time at the Drake Hotel.
Miss Bennion earned a Masters of Music from Roosevelt University's Chicago College of Performing Arts studying with the principal harpist of The Lyric Opera of Chicago, Marguerite Lynn Williams. She holds a Bachelor of Music in Harp Performance from the University of Utah.
Miss Bennion has managed a private studio for twelve years and currently teaches at The Chicago School of Music. Her television appearances include Apple TV's new show Dark Matter, a national commercial produced by The Onion Network and on an episode of the television show Empire.
I have a speaker system built into my harp to amplify my sound if needed.
