Harpist with variety of repertoire of classical, jazz, and pop music with the ability to arrange any piece requested.
Olivia was such a pleasure to have at our event. She came on time, played beautifully and was spectacular! Would recommend her to everyone!
Honestly one of the best highlights of the night. My family is still talking about how wonderful Olivia was and how talented she is and how having her at the event was just the right touch. I would book her more events. Soon as I think of a few.
Olivia is amazing! She played leading up to and during our wedding ceremony. She was so easy to work with, and is such a talented musician. So many of our guests gave my wife and I us endless compliments about her. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a harpist. Thank you, Olivia. It was a joy having you perform on our wedding day.
Olivia provided such an elegant touch to our wedding day. The music was beautiful and really set the mood for our day. She’s also timely and very reliable. We are so happy to have chosen her.
We got married at the New York Botanical Gardens in May and Olivia was our harpist. She was very responsive all year and tremendously helpful with our classical music selection. I had an idea what songs I wanted for the bridal procession and she knew exactly how to weave them together for the most dramatic effect. She is also amazing at contemporary hits! Our recessional was to "Jessie's Girl" and our guests loved it, and she continued to play contemporary hits at cocktail hour. Olivia is very professional and friendly, punctual and communicative. I would highly recommend her for your wedding day or any event that could be brightened up with a beautiful harp!
Ms. Fortunato was a wonderful additional to the Governor's Inaugural Ball where she performed for over 1,500 guests as they arrived for the celebration. She played a variety of music that suited the festive and sophisticated atmosphere of the event. She was prompt, professional, and talented so we hired her again to perform at our annual Holiday Tour of the Governor's Mansion.
Not sure what more I could ask for in a harpist. Olivia was responsive, professional, and very adaptable. There was a bit of a last minute nature to this event, and her ability to read chord changes and improvise (which aren't common abilities for harpists) made it much easier to put together the music. On top of that she's simply a good musician. I will definitely be using her again in the future.
From the father of the bride:
"You added so much to Sam and Andy's wedding ceremony. Despite the cold, you warmed the spirits of the community as Sam and Andy processed to their wedding canopy. The music you and your players provided was gorgeous. [The music] was simply astounding and beautiful in every way. We are so very grateful to you for your special role in Sam and Andy's celebration."
Not only do I know Olivia as my former counselee for 4 years at Wethersfield High School, but also as the consummate professional and gifted performer. I have seen her talent manifest in many different venues over her college years. As chairperson of the Cedar Hill Cemetery board of directors, I have engaged Olivia to play (5 years) for our huge (350+ audience) Memorial Day outdoor event, which is open to the public and by invitation to families of decedents. Though most patrons are grieving, they leave smiling, because the voice of Olivia's harp has touched their soul.
Olivia was nothing short of incredible. She knew exactly what to play and how loud and it soft to play it at the perfect times in my party. She turned my space into a classy yet approachable and light hearted evening. Plays everything from classical to jazz to popular music and is an absolute treat to be around. Definitely recommend her to anyone looking to spice up their next event. She was the talking point of the night. Will be hiring again!

The harp is a delicate instrument and we have specifications for the environments we expose our instruments to. Harps cannot be on sand or uneven ground such as the side of a hill. We do not perform outdoors under 55 degrees or above 90 degrees. We also cannot be exposed to rain or direct sunlight, so an over-sized umbrella is typically used if there is a chance of rain.
