Lisa Handman of Harpnotes provides elegant Harp music on either a beautiful Acoustic Harp or NEW Electric Harp, or Gold Harp. The Electric Harp is perfect for large or outdoor functions, and Lisa has the only one around! Lisa will take your event from ordinary to extraordinary with her musical skills. Wide range of repertoire, major cred cards accepted. She will tailor the music to your specific requests, and can perform in any musical genre. Travels throughout the Southeast.
Harpnotes is also available for Virtual or socially distant events.

Lisa performed the most beautiful music for my husband's Celebration of Life. She even went above and beyond to learn a song that was special to us and she played it as well -- there was not a dry eye in the house! It was so moving and so personal. Her ability to play classical and modern music is outstanding. On top of her gifted music abilities, she was an absolute angel to work with - very professional, trusting and compassionate. Good performance, overall. The performer's voice was difficult to hear without some sort of amplification, which she did not have for the program. Other than that, it was a pretty good program. It will not be something held here regularly, as it was very expensive for the budget here.

We hired Lisa to play at our outdoor wedding in the mountains. She was a pleasure to work with and very helpful is assisting with the choice of musical selections. We followed her suggestion and used the electric harp, the first I had ever heard and were delighted with the sound in the outdoor setting.

About
Lisa was a Merit Scholar at Manhattan School of Music, Preparatory Division. She subsequently attended Indiana University School of Music and earned her Bachelor of Music Education Degree from Montclair State College, where she studied with Rosalie Pratt, nationally renown Harpist. Other teachers include Jane Weidensaul and Peter Eagle.
In addition to Weddings, Receptions, Special Events, Corporate Parties, Symphony Concerts, and Grand Openings, Lisa was featured on the Adult Swim Network, "Real Housewives of Atlanta", Oprah Winfrey Show, the ABC program "20/20", the B98.5 Morning Show, and the soundtrack for "Interview with a Vampire". Regional and local performances include the Chattanooga and Greenville Symphony Orchestras, 1996 Olympic Receptions for International Federation of Aquatics, Israeli Paralympic Team, and IBM Olympic Hospitality.
Lisa offers a splendid repertoire of popular Classical, New Age, Jazz, Celtic, Jewish, and Religious Music. She has a harp for any occasion -- a Gold Pedal Harp, an Irish Harp, or an Electric Harp. The new Electric Harp with its individually amplified strings and complete sound system, make it an excellent choice for large reception halls or outdoor functions. Lisa has the only Electric Harp in the Atlanta area.
