With nearly two decades of experience in the instructional industry, it is my mission to help others 1) overcome burnout, 2) encourage them to apply stoic principles and practices to their daily lives, and 3) empower them to embrace their profession with purpose.
I have experience as a teacher, instructional coach, adjunct professor, school principal, and, most recently, director at an EdTech nonprofit. I'm also the founder of Socratic Life Daily, a content creation hub centered on motivating, challenging, and encouraging others to live differently.

I am a career educator serving in roles ranging from classroom teacher to instructional coach to principal to director at a nonprofit startup.
I am married with two daughters and live in Oklahoma. I love reading, writing, running, watching documentaries, and collecting retro video games. Every year I try to complete a Spartan Trifecta and finish at least one ultramarathon.
My love of philosophy and lifelong learning prompted me to found Socratic Life Daily in an effort to encourage others to begin examining their lives more purposefully.
