For larger events, a 20 feet by 20 feet dance floor is recommended. Please ensure that the designated area for the dance floor is clear of obstructions and provides a safe and open space for dancing.
Electrical Outlet: To power our audio and lighting equipment, we need access to a 15-20 amp electrical outlet located within close proximity to the event area. This outlet should be in good working condition to support our equipment requirements. If the event location does not have a suitable electrical outlet available, Helvetica Services can provide a generator for an additional fee. Our generators are reliable and well-maintained, ensuring a continuous power supply for the duration of your event.
