Henna Planet is available for small/large events and parties. Servicing the GTA and the outskirts of Toronto (travel fees will apply if more than 20 km from Coxwell/Danforth).

Tarquin is very talented and experienced with henna art. I went with my friends to get henna designs for my birthday! It was my first time getting a henna tattoo. Tarquin did a specific design that my friend wanted. She also did creative designs on the rest of us. She is quick and efficient and gives great advice about how to keep the henna stain from fading quickly. I strongly recommend Henna Planet.

I had Henna Planet come for my mehndi party before my wedding. She traveled a bit of a distance to come, and charged a very reasonable traveling fee. Tarquin was a joy to have there. She is extremely talented and did gorgeous work. Even though I had more people at the party then I originally thought, she took it in stride and managed to get through everyone within our original time estimate! Once some of my guests (who didn't intend on getting a design) saw her work they changed their minds and also wanted to get done. For 2 weeks after my wedding I was getting compliments on the beautiful designs from everyone who saw them. I absolutely will be calling her again in the future!

What to Expect
I provide freestyle henna designs that I make up on the spot. I can do henna designs on the hands, feet, legs, arms, and back.
For very large groups everyone will get a small design, and for smaller groups everyone will get a larger design.
A typical henna on the hand would start just above the wrist trail down the hand to the index finger tip and would also include the tips of all the other fingers.
About
I have been practicing the art of Mehndi since 2006 when I fell in love with this ancient art form.
I believe that henna has the ability to transcend time and place and connect people to the past, present and future. It is fulfilling to me to know that as this art form evolves and becomes more popular around the world, I am carrying on a tradition that has been central to ceremonies, rituals, and rights of passage for thousands of years. For generations, women have spent time together doing Mehndi, bonding with one another and enjoying the cooling effects of henna.
I love that the practice of henna allows me to connect with new people, and that I get to share with them the magical and celebratory nature of this magnificent art form.
At large events, private appointments or small gatherings, you can expect professional service, fresh natural henna paste, and an attention to detail.
