Heroes On Call

We had a great time celebrating with Blippi!

My daughter didn't invite a lot of friends to her party, so when they all backed out for various reasons, she was really upset. She had given up on the idea of having a great party and didn't know I had scheduled a surprise visit from SunnyDays, one of the Heroes on Call. She had wanted a clown show for her birthday for a while, so I made it happen this time. I shared this with SunnyDays as we walked in and he hid, I brought her out- he popped up!! and her mood did a full 180! She was just so, so happy. SunnyDays went way above and beyond to make this a wonderful experience for my daughter. He even made an appearance on FaceTime for my granddaughter. He's not just an amazing performer, but a kind, friendly person that I'd be glad to know anywhere.

If it's for a party or anything- SunnyDays is worth every penny.

We had Catboy come to our daughters 5th birthday! He was AMAZING!! so interactive with the kids! My daughter was so happy! We can't wait to use them again for future events!!

Wonderful experience! They were wonderful to work with and extremely responsive leading up to the party and the day of. The kids loved the balloons and were very engaged in the party games. Would 100% recommend and will definitely try to use for parties in the future!

Eric showed up a little early and started to immediately set up. It was an 86th Birthday Party/family get together and we had about 8 children from 2 to 8yrs old. He kept the children entertained the whole time and later included participation with the adults. Everyone had a wonderful time. Thank You Eric!!!

Eric Was absolutely spectacular. He seamlessly went from balloon twister to superhero Spider Man in the blink of an eye. The kids were enthralled with him and he brought our party to life. Would give him 10 stars if possible!

The kids at the party had a wonderful time with the clown and mickey mouse. He was very entertaining. My daughter (birthday girl) really loved mickey coming to her party. Definitely keeping this company in mind for future birthday parties!

From beginning to end this party was a hit!! Thank you so much for making my daughters day amd giving us memories we will never forget. Minnie danced and sang and played games..posed for pics, made us laugh, entertained and overall contributed to the success of our 5yo birthday party. Eric was the funniest Singing Telegram to an 11 year old stuck in Quarantine. Eric made his rather bland birthday a Happy one for sure.

I have requested a quote from GigSalad for a birthday event for my nephew's, So I have received numerous quotes from different group including Heroes on Call. But I have thought to give Heroes on Call a shot and call Amanda as the POC of this group and discussed that the service that they will be providing. She stated that the service will include Magic Shows, Games, and Balloon Twisting for 1 hour. So I have decided to go with them because of this. So the birthday party is from 5:30p-7:30p (8p including clean up since we are renting a community center) so the times that I have requested for the performer to come is around 6p-7p.

The Day of the Bday Party comes!
The performer is nowhere to be found at exactly around 6pm. I have called Amanda and asked if they will be coming or not. She mumbled and said the performer should be already there. After 6 mins the performer showed up. So I have set a table for the performer so he can start doing the shows. Somewhere around 6:28p all he has been doing is balloon twisting, though there is no more lines from kids that wanted a balloon- he still doing balloon twisting which is okay but I thought it would be perfect time to start the magic shows and games since we only have 30 mins left. So I came to the performer and asked "When will you be doing the magic shows and games? I think, it would be perfect to start it now" He answered I am only doing balloon twisting and that's about it. So I called Amanda back and told her what is going on- she said that the performer should be doing the magic shows and games. And I have explained to her that I have just talked to the performer and he is not doing it. So Amanda asked me to tell the performer to call her. I went to the performer and ask him to call Amanda. I thought that would fix the issue of their "Miscommunication" It is already 6:37p and still has no Shows nor Games and I'm starting to get irritated. So I called Amanda again and asked her what is going on? She said that she'll tell him to do some games at least. I believe that the time passes by figuring out if they will provide the service that I have asked or not. 6:41p- I have received a text from Amanda saying that "I texted the performer requesting that he play games, however he may not have his phone on him. Perhaps you could request it in case he doesn't see my text." Around 7:08p I have lost hope and texted Amanda back and said "He is not doing it and I am very disappointed"

Kids and guest are going home already between 7:20-7:30p as our Rental time of the place is only until 8p. I have asked the performer what else can he do just for the kids. Around 7:30p whoever the kids that are able to stay are able to play "musical chairs" and "limbo rock" which I appreciate but this could have been done way earlier.

All in all- I am very disappointed with Heroes on Call (Amanda) for not being clear with the performer on what to do. Also, for coming in late and for just wasting my time throughout the party calling/texting Amanda back and forth figuring out what is going on.

I felt like I have wasted my money for Heroes on Call and did not received the service that was promised.
I have received different quotes from other places but I thought I gave Heroes on Call a shot but they have messed it up.

I WILL NEVER USE HEROES ON CALL EVER AGAIN and definitely would not recommend it to any of my relatives and friends.

Mickey arrived way before time and stayed late. Adults and kids had a great time. Mickey was very helpful and made our event memorable.

Choosing Heroes on Call was the best decision I made for my son’s birthday! The Red Ranger was very professional, the suit was nice and clean, he sounded like a Power Ranger, very engaging activities, It was a blast! I will definitely be using this service again! He was early, he set up, my son was knighted as a Power Ranger! It was a great experience!

The younger kids really enjoyed the show, they had a really good time, the balloon twisting was greate he made really cool things.

Our Superhero Erick was professional and entertaining! He arrived early and prepared us so that we could transition into his entrance seamlessly. Erick was so believable, from the costume as well as embodying Spiderman’s persona. Children and parents enjoyed him! Thanks for making my sons’ fifth birthday party a super special one!

Our M Monroe impersonator was fabulous! She sang Happy Birthday to my husband with Marilyn style and the guests went crazy! She even stayed for pictures with any and everyone.

The DJ was prepared with the songs we chose and prepared a good playlist. He was amendable to our requests. Thank you!

We hired two actors for a school event, with grades PreK- 8th. Batman and Super Girl were the super heroes. They were on time and really did an excellent job. We had a point person for them during the event so they were slightly directed and able to see all the students. They were very easy to work with and flexible with the event. The students loved them! They did a great job reaching out to kids for high fives and being engaged. I would recommend them to anyone in the future.

Mr. "Sunny Day" truly brightened up a miserable rainy day! Kids were thrilled and entertained with balloons and other magic tricks performed by the patient and happy clown. Thank you!

Eric was awesome as Batman - he was patient with a group of 4 year old's and kept them entertained.

The Easter Bunny was early and stayed until the end. He was fun, talented, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make it a special time for the kids. Highly recommended!

Spider-Man came to our sons 3rd birthday party and was a huge hit! The kids and adults were equally entertained! He gave the birthday boy special attention...even "Standing guard" while he ate his birthday cake. We couldn't have asked for more! We would highly recommend Spider-Man!! Thank you, Spider-Man!

Very accommodating, and I highly recommend their services. Very much appreciate the Poppy Princess Troll character for my grandbabies party!

I believe we had Eric as Santa, and he was the best. He played the part perfectly. The kids were so excited and he read “Home Alone” and handed out gifts we supplied. We will do it again next year.

Heroes on call had a repeat of last year's success for our annual Santa Brunch yesterday. He appeals to kids of all ages, shows up early and stays late. A great start to the holiday season.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with how our event went. The kids loved ‘Bat’... would definitely rehire.

Our mermaid was great! Despite not having the best weather conditions for our outdoor party, she didn't let it bother her at all... She played with the kids, engaged them in activities, etc. The kids loved her and it really made our daughter's birthday party extra special!

Communication before the event was great and very clear. And after the event, Eric the owner, had reached out because he had heard the weather conditions were not ideal but wanted to make sure we were still satisfied and had a good birthday party, and even offered an additional service. This was amazing and far exceeded our expectations.

The Black Panther character did an awesome job at my daughter’s birthday party. All of the children were delighted.

Batman and the Flash were incredible for my son’s 7th birthday party! My son knew the characters were people in a costume and still wanted them to attend his party. They successfully engaged and entertained the guests and parents! Batman turned all the kids and parents into huge Batman fans! I couldn’t stop laughing at his quick wit! He also made my child, the birthday boy, the star of the show. I appreciated the extra attention put on the birthday boy. If you want a great party with AMAZING entertainment, you HAVE to book Heros on Call!!! My son LOVED his party and that’s what I wanted!

Arrived ahead of time. Couldn't ask for better. This Santa engaged with all guests you and old and was very well received. I would like to have him again next year!

My son had the best party and thanks to Spider-Man for taking it to the next level! He was so happy and Spider-Man did a fabulous job keeping the kids entertained and making sure he spent time with each child and goofing around with the adults! I would definitely use Heroes on Call again and recommend to everyone!

Good Afternoon,

The fundraiser was very successful and the super heroes were great. I must say that Batman did ask about paying the rest of the bill which I was confused because I paid in full. I do feel bad if he meant a tip for the heroes please understand as much as I would have loved to tip him all proceeds we raised are for children battling cancer and all other participants such as Princesses and DJ, face painter etc was volunteers. We try to save every dollar to go to these kids who are fighting cancer. Other than that was a great event and thank you so much.

We had a wonderful event with Heros for Hire! Very punctual and polite. Great with the children and adults and made sure the birthday boy felt special and all guests had a great time. 😀

Eric arrived on time and arrived with enough time to change into character and costume and discuss with us anything we needed. He was an awesome & authentic Batman and fully engaged with all of the boys and girls that attended and even entertained the parents at the party. He was very professional and we would highly recommend him. He came out to be BATMAN on an incredibly unusually hot April Day for an outdoor party and we were all impressed. His superhero training that he did with the children was all the talk. He made our 6 years old boy's day and he exceeded our expectations. THANK YOU ERIC!

Easter Monday's event was spectacular. In spite of the rain, for the egg hunt...and I caught a cold, the children were eager and excited. Then we took it inside to our community room. Although some of the little ones were afraid of the Bunny, for the most part it was awesome. Pictures taken with the Easter Bunny and the event as a whole was a very memorable event. I am in the process of having the pictures developed. Lastly, the Bunny was very friendly and courteous.

We hired Heroes On Call for our community Easter Egg Hunt. This company was so easy to work with and truly enjoys what they do! The bunny costume itself was in pristine condition and honestly, the cutest bunny I've ever seen! The bunny was fun and interactive! Having Heroes on Call at our event was the PERFECT touch!! We will definitely be using them again for all of our future events!! Thank you for every thing!

Called to say he was sorry but running late. Then called to say he was on his way and should be there shortly. He arrived after the event began, said he was missing a critical piece of equipment and would not be setting up. He left the event without performing any services as contracted. I expect my deposit refunded immediately.

Heros on call was very pleasant to work with. He did a great job though 3-4 year olds are a tough crowd. I would have given 4 stars except I felt the service was a bit pricey.

I was super pleased with Heroes On Call. First off, he was by far the quickest to respond to my posting. Second, his response clearly indicated that he had read through the job description. Third, he was less expensive than other vendors who clearly did not read the post fully. And lastly, he did a great job!!! We spoke by phone, text, and email in the week leading up to the singing telegram, and you could tell he really cared about making this meaningful and beautiful. And the performance was great. My brother adored him. No regrets. Should I ever have need for a singing telegram in the future, I will definitely be contacting Heroes On Call again.
