You can expect that I will act like a professional. I will confirm the show's date and time, arrive with time to spare, meet and greet audience members if asked, and fulfill my responsibilities. Your audience will get a professional show that is funny, engaging, clean, topical, and funny (did I already say that?)

I was a standup comic in the 1980s, then I was a high school history teacher for a few decades, and now I'm back doing more comedy. I used comedy in my teaching, and I use a little history in my comedy, making connections to current events and how humans behave in this wacky world we inhabit. I also engage the audience and use their experiences in my act. In addition to comedy, I've appeared Off-Broadway, in Community Theaters, in a Billy Joel music video, on audiobooks, and in podcasts. I use all of these experiences to make my comedy a crowd-pleasing experience.
