Overview
Are you looking for a band that your guests will never forget? Look no further we are that band!
High Lonesome is a modern hard-driving bluegrass band based out of Colorado's front range. The band's leader Chuck Sitero was raised on Bluegrass music in North Georgia and in just a few years has put together one heck of a unit with Dylan Kober on resonator guitar, Josh Bergman on the mandolin, Neva Wilder on fiddle, and upright bass player.
We enjoy playing public shows and we also really love playing private events like weddings, corporate parties, graduations, birthdays, fundraisers, customer appreciation parties, and city sponsored celebrations and festivals.

High Lonesome performed at our daughter’s wedding and to say it was epic would be a huge understatement! The positive feedback we received from family and friends is still coming in and we just can’t say enough about this band! If you don’t hire them for your event, you are truly missing out.

Thank you Alan & Trisha for choosing High Lonesome for Kelli & Mike's special day! You and your family were so great to work with and so much fun!
We had the pleasure of High Lonesome playing a bluegrass set for our private client party. They were the perfect vibe and entertainment on a Colorado afternoon. We hope to have them again in the future! All the band members were extremely professional and just authentic people. If you get a chance to see them play definitely make it a priority!

Tyler thanks so much for the kind words! We had a blast. I was working on a TV show the next week and the same Ice Cream truck showed up on set. Come hang out with us at a show sometime brother!
I can't say enough about how amazing High Lonesome made our weekend! We hired them to play for my brother in laws birthday and they were so easy-going and professional! They got to know him/picked his brain about music he likes and created a play list incorporating those likes! They even "learned" a new song on the spot because our guests anniversary turned out to be the same night and so they had their own little dance moment with their wedding song! Chuck and Lily were so wonderful to get to know and Dylan (shoot I forgot the mandolin player's name-sorry!) were some of the best pickers we have ever heard. If they don't get to famous for us, we will be having them play at as many parties in the future that we can afford! Such a great experience!
High Lonesome did an amazing job at our wedding reception this past weekend. They were easy to work with, played the perfect mix of original and cover songs, were appealing to a wide audience age range (18 months to 93 years), and helped create memories that will last a lifetime. Do not hesitate in booking them for your wedding, party, or event!

Great trio that plays a mix of country, bluegrass and folk! Excellent musicians and vocals with just the right amount of talk about the history of some of the songs. I highly recommend them!

Tom,
Chuck, Dylan, and Josh had a great time playing for all the people at Cider Days last weekend! Thank you so much for the wonderful words!
High Lonesome was the absolutely perfect choice. I can't imagine a more perfect group to play my birthday party, in my big red barn, on my ranch near Laramie, Wyoming. New band member Amy's powerful & emotional vocals mixed with hilarious banter took the group to a whole new level. The astonishing dobro playing, soulful bass and acoustic guitar with Amy's mandolin were outstanding, powerful and mesmerizing. The lead male's vocals were also great. And they played so many great songs, old and new. This band is really going places, I'm glad I caught this group while they are still available! The audience and I were 100% pleased!

Eric,
What wonderful words. Thank you so much for having us play for your birthday celebration! We had a fabulous time with you and your friends. Be on the look out for upcoming shows in the Laramie area.
High Lonesome played at a Fall Fundraising event in October and we were not disappointed. They showed up with plenty of time for set up and sound check, and time to spare. They were easy to work with and everyone who attended said they enjoyed their music. We would definitely love to have them back agian!

We had a lot fun with y'all! Such a kind congregation and I am humbled by this very nice review! Thanks for taking the time to do this and we're looking forward to the next time. - Chuck
Had the pleasure of being at a performance during a private event and was really impressed. Especially considering that I am not usually a fan of the genre. But they are very good. I am happy that I had the opportunity to hear them play.

Wow! We were lucky enough to attend a 50th birthday celebration in Parker CO. The party was held in the backyard and High Lonesome was there to entertain the guests. I cannot say enough good things about this band. Their music was truly enjoyable and they played on even after the temps dropped to uncomfortably cold. Not only did they play on, but they entertained with background on many of the songs, funny stories and interaction with the guests. Cold as it was, we grabbed blankets and stayed for the entire time as we didn't want to miss a moment of their performance. You can check them out on Spotify to hear some of their songs. Hope we get to see them again soon!!

We were lucky enough to book the guys for my hubs 50th birthday gig in Parker, CO on a perfect evening in September. The band showed up on time, immediately made fast friends with the crowd, and entertained us in between their beautiful tunes. They are a 'don't miss' and a 'do see again'! Loved you guys! ~ Amy

We couldn't be more please with how the party came together and High Lonesome was the centerpiece. They showed up on time and put on a great show. We invited them to be a part of the party and to make themselves at home. It was such a cool experience and I know we'll do it again.
All their music was delightful but one thing they did that really blew our minds was took a request to play a "First Day of My Life" for a 1 yr anniversary couple there with their newborn. They huddled up... and, made it happen. It was so cool! It sounded amazing even tho they had never played it before... they were just riffing! WOW
Highly recommend them! I plan to book them again before they get booked up!
