It was such an honor to have Mr. Marcus McFarlin minister with us for our New Year's Eve Service. He led the people into the presence God. He flowed under the anointing and also shared an encouraging word. It would be a pleasure to have him back!!!

We had the privilege of having Chesternique, Merse, and 390 East for our family community event. Each artist was great to work with and arrived early to the location for sound check. Through out their stay everyone was very professional but also relational and friendly to everyone they came in contact with. Our church community and neighboring community loved how the Artist stayed to be apart of the event even when they were not performing. We are truly thankful for High level Management and the quality they bring to everything they do. Look forward to having them bless our community again in the near future.

We had 3 of the artists perform as the closing event for a national conference. I could not have been more pleased with the professionalism, quality and demeanor of the artists and management team. When not performing, they mingled with the crowd, and were available. People really enjoyed themselves. I would definitely work with Higher Level Management again.

Jazz was such a treat!! Responses were always timely and productive... which was super helpful when we were looking to fill 25+ spots for our Kingdom Come Festival! He was extremely friendly and joyful... but, still professional and dependable. We will not hesitate to use Higher Level Management again!!

Our youth group hosted several events through Higher Level Management and our students have ALWAYS enjoyed what they have to offer! They are always professional in their communication, advertisement, and events, but are also personal and accommodating to our needs. Our most recent event was a concert to kick off our school year Wednesday night program. HLM brought in two different artists and both were AWESOME! The students were so pumped! We are so blessed to have them as a partner in ministry!

It was an honor having Terrance speak four different sessions at our CLUE retreat for high schoolers (Campus Life University of Excellence). Higher Level Management made it very easy to plan for this weekend leadership retreat by lining up a speaker who knew how to relate with students. Terrance connected with the teens and kept them engaged and interested. His personal real-life experiences and experience drawn on from characters in the Bible, made his sessions applicable and lively, challenging the students in attendance. I would have no hesitation in going through HLM for future conferences or event. Jazz (mgt) was extremely easy to work with, very relational and followed through with communication and scheduling in a very timely manner.

I was invited to speak at a leadership retreat. They were still looking for a worship team and I recommended getting ahold of Higher Level Management. The same day that I called we got an answer and a worship leader booked for the retreat. I couldn't have asked for better prepared teammate and willing servant. Five services over three days proved attention to the Holy Spirit and dedication to Kingdom work.

Excellent all around! From the time we first talked on the phone to the loading of equipment after the event! These guys get things done well and professionally. Excellent artists, sound, and entertainment! Would use them every time!

Higher level management took care of all the printing and promotional details, managed the scheduling and all the other details. All we needed to do was open up the church and welcome those attending!

It has been over a year since I heard Steve Chance share the unaltered Gospel at Liberty Baptist Church. Steve gave my family and friends a "wake-up" call. I remember him saying "look at what I am doing with cerebral palsy, what is your excuse?" He was right, we both could and should be doing more for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He also gave a powerful reminder and testimony that Jesus is still good and worthy of praise, even in our suffering. I would highly recommend having Steve Chance come and share his testimony and the Gospel at your church or event.

Higher Level Management did a great job putting this event together. Their communication was excellent. They can be trusted to do what they say. I would use them again and encourage others to use their expertise in planning their events.

Jazz Rolle of Higher Level Management personally took hold of Lightrider Ministries' Saturday at the Barn, a once a month musical outreach to area senior citizens. From December 2014 -May 2015 he engaged and scheduled musical talent, set up and took down the room, including the sound equipment, organized volunteers who helped with refreshments and personally lead each event. He obtained funds to pay the talent while volunteering himself and Higher Level Management's service.

My praise is to Higher Level Management team for the great job they done handling our Youth Explosion. The young people are still talking about the high quality of entertainment HLM delivered that day. As one of the coordinator for the festival I liked the way HLM worked with our budget and fashioned a highly professional show together to reach the youth. It was pure magic, both the managers and the concert. Thanks HLM, your the best!

It was easy to plan our annual Lock-In last year with Higher Level Management. Jazz Rolle took care of everything! He helped us select two different motivational speakers and then lined up video chats with each so we could share our thoughts and hopes for the event.
He also arranged for a DJ and a band. All of the sound, lights, and setup were taken care of for us. We didn't lift a finger that night to make any of that happen, which meant we were free to focus on the 120 kids who attended!
Higher Level Management provides worry-free event planning & carries it out the day of the event. The kids who attended the Lock-In had a blast. And they still talk about the speaker who came and talked their language. He was just the right pick for us.
God used Higher Level Management to put everything in place. There were 11 new commitments to Christ that night! Thanks to everyone at Higher Level Management who helped to make that possible. We'll be going with them again this year for the Lock-In. Can't wait to see what God will do!
