HighRoad Band

HighRoad Band is a high-energy classic rock, blues and country blues band headquartered in La Quinta, CA.  Our covers of popular songs are crowd pleasers, and include Linda Ronstadt, the Beatles, Tom Petty, Santana, Eric Clapton, Creedence Clearwater, The Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, Van Morrison, Bonnie Raitt, Neil Young and more. Our music is perfect for large resort, corporate or HOA parties, either indoors or outdoors. We have 7 band members, including female lead singer, keyboard, bass, drums, lead guitar, acoustic rhythm guitar, electric rhythm guitar, harmonica and mandolin. We play all throughout Coachella Valley, including Big Rock Pub, The Tack Room, PGA West, La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Golf Resort, La Quinta Museum, Acrisure Arena, Fantasy Springs, and a variety of HOAs. We have our own sound and lighting, so are self-contained.

It’s always a party when HighRoad Band plays! The band brings a charismatic blend of classic rock, blues and country-blues sounds.  With four lead singers, they are able to cover a wide musical landscape. Their musical influences include Eric Clapton, the Beatles, the Allan Brothers Band, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Bonnie Raitt and the Eagles. Band members include Kimberly Cofer on vocals, Rusty Moore on lead guitar and vocals, Bill Salus on keyboards, Paul Bergevin on percussion, vocals and harmonica, Paul Bourgeois on vocals and rhythm guitar, Larry Van Pelt on bass guitar, and Keith Meyer on mandolin and 12 string guitar. All band members live in La Quinta, and Kimberly is also co-owner of Lulu’s Boutique in Old Town La Quinta. The band has become a staple of the Coachella Valley music scene and are regulars at local favorite hangouts such as Big Rock Pub and the Tack Room.

Vendor Equipment
The Vendor will provide all musical instruments, amplifiers, PA system and electrical cords for their performance. The Vendor shall set up their own equipment and take down their own equipment after the performance. The Vendor shall provide their own specialty lighting.

Vendor Staffing
HighRoad Band consists of 7 members. In addition, 7 other personnel/spouses may attend with the band members, for the purposes of setup, takedown and support. All members shall have unrestricted access to the performance site for the purpose of setup, takedown and performance.

Client Accommodations
Client will be responsible for providing suitable power and electricity for the Service. At least three 15-amp outlets shall be made available to the Vendor. Client shall provide a clean and level 20ft. x 20ft. area, protected from sun and wind. Client will allow Vendor to drive vehicles as close as possible to the performance site for the purpose of loading and unloading equipment.
