The Highway 85 Band will travel to the venue of your choosing bringing along all of the pro level equipment you could ever want or need for a fun successful party, event or show. We provide top of the line PA sound systems for any size venue large or small, indoors or out which is operated by our professional sound engineer along with the perfect party lights for the stage and dance floor. We offer a dance mix of Classic Rock, Country and Motown favorites that dance crowds absolutely love. We also provide between set recorded music during the band breaks to keep your guest entertained. Whether it be a light dinner and cocktail setting or a full on dance party, the Highway 85 Band will deliver top tier professional entertainment for you and your guest. The Highway 85 Band offers something very few bands can offer. We own our very own exclusive lounge style music studio that we have designed specifically for entertaining prospective clients. Before Hiring the Highway 85 Band you and a couple of guest can schedule a private audition with the Band. Meet the members and discuss any ideas and or request you may have for your special event. Furnished with lounge style sofas and high top tables you can sit and enjoy some incredible music while getting a preview of what your guest will be enjoying. Jeff Lowy – Keyboards and Vocals
Jeff has performed professionally since the age of 16. A formally trained pianist, organist, writer, arranger and conductor (Brooklyn College, Manhattan School of Music) Jeff has a varied background having played in Broadway pit orchestras as well as performing with and conducting for a wide array of rock and roll and jazz and cabaret artists.
Jeff signed his first recording contract with Buddah Records at the age of 17 garnering several writing and arranging credits on internationally released albums and an array of jingles and motion picture soundtracks. He subsequently toured with a host of popular 60’s, 70’s and 80’s artists including Chubby Checker, Mary Wells, Drifters, Coasters, Donna Summer, the Pointer Sisters, Gladys Knight, Smokey Robinson and the Miracles, Chuck Negron, Three Dog Night, Jefferson Starship and many others.
Working as a producer for corporate events including the NFL Commissioner’s Party, the NFL Corporate Hospitality Village and other high-profile events, he has booked and produced major national acts including Sting, Michael McDonald, the Doobie Brothers, Chaka Khan, BB King, Hootie and the Blowfish and others.
Jeff is extremely happy to join the Highway 85 band and enjoys playing classic rock, country, and all styles of music.

Steve Allely - Bass Guitar and Vocals.
Steve is a season and solid musician originally from Lincon Nebraska. An excellent bass player with steady melodic yet dynamic abilities on the bass guitar. Steve has incredible vocal skills and performs lead vocals and really shines on the harmonies. Throughout the early years, Steve made his living touring on the road and performing for crowds across the USA.

Jim Bates – Drums
Jim is a local born and raised Arizona native. Starting his music adventure in elementary school playing trumpet. Classically trained, Jim spent numerous years performing with Swing, Jazz and concert bands. Jim has tried his hand at just about every instrument available to him but developed a love and addiction for the drums. With a strong passion for drums, music and the love of performing he is able to create the fun danceable grooves and beats that the band uses to keep the crowds dancing and having a great time.

Sound systems - Digital wireless controlled mixing system with an array of EV and QSC power speaker system for any size venue operated by our professional sound tech.
Back line - Everything a 6 piece cover band needs to perform Classic Rock, Country and Motown Cover music.
Lead Guitar, Rhythm Guitar, Bass Guitar, Dual Keyboards, Multiple Percussion instruments and Full electric and or acoustic Drum set.
Lighting effects - LED based multiple lighting for stage and dance floor.
Electric Power - A pair of 20amp circuits usually takes care of all the band needs however we can provide a 4500 swine power generator for when the venue doesn't have a sufficient power source.
Stage area - Typically an ideal minimum stage area would be 24'wide x 12'deep.
