This company oh my has provided Cinderella and Prince Charming to our wedding yesterday and moved many to tears. They Waltzed in onto dance floor after greenlight given to So This is love by Cinderella replicating the dance and scene by the water fountain. They made our royalty themed wedding incredible at 630 pm at night no less! They were engaging to kids kind and courteous. They remained in character and brought me the bride a princess gift! All other companies dragged out and ho hummed if they could and this company traveled to make our day! Last summer they provided us Mirabel from Encanto who was unbelievable also. So kids or wedding needs they're unsurpassed!
Anna from frozen did an excellent job with four and five-year-old children at my daughters frozen birthday party. The kids were highly entertained and loved her presents. I would highly recommend this group to anybody who wants to throw a birthday party for their children.

I surprised my niece with Elsa at her 4th birthday and the magic was in the air. From booking this event, to day of, communication was top notch and very simple. The craft, story, coronation, dancing, and singing were absolutely incredible. The adults were just as captivated as the kids were. From the moment Elsa arrived, to her departure, she never once left her character and made the event much more memorable and magical. Don't hesitate to book this company for your next princess event!
Was on time, even with the event she had right before mine. The kids loved her. She stayed in character and was very patient with the sugar high children. I would recommend this business to everyone. Fantastic experience. She was in character the second she left her car. It was raining and we were in a pavilion at a park. She kept all the kids and most of the adults entertained. It was spectacular.
My daughter and her friends were so excited that the real Elsa came to the birthday party. She was engaging the entire time and the kids were enthralled.

These ladies were not only professional they looked just like the characters and had the mannerisms spot on. They eased my son into their time with him, and wrangled all the other munchkins at the party with ease. They made a craft with the kids, did story time, dance and sing along time as well. Overall, amazing experience and you can tell they really like children. Great time!! I would give 6 stars if I could.

I highly recommend Hill City Ice Queen. I hired them to entertain at my daughter’s 7th birthday party - - a mermaid/pirate themed party. HCIQ provided 4 performers: an Ariel, 2 lady pirates and 1 man pirate. They were fantastic!! They were professional, enthusiastic and engaging. They entertained for a full hour. They stayed “in character” the entire time, always engaging/interacting with the children, and paying special attention to my daughter, the birthday girl. There was a treasure hunt, singing, dancing and stories. There was even an authentic sword fight! The children decorated and wore eye patches. I’m very grateful to GigSalad and HCIQ for making my daughter’s birthday wishes come true.
What an incredible experience! From start to finish, our “Rapunzel” was engaging and played the part perfectly. She had the kids attention the entire time and they just adored her! She sang, she played, she did crafts and even brought a small gift for the birthday girl. She made my daughters party a dream come true! She was very professional and kept in contact with me through the whole process and gave me great tips on what to expect. She was just amazing! Highly recommended!!

I cannot say enough for Hill City Ice Queen. It was a pleasure from the moment I contacted them right to the time they left the Birthday Party. The communication back and forth are A+++++++. We hired them for a birthday party for a four year old and the kids and the adults as well had a great time. Their attention to detail is impeccable. Elsa is amazing. All the. Little girls loved her. She plays the part very well. She was in character the whole time. She brought her own activities. The kids were very shy at 1st but the HCIQ worked through it and found a way to connect. Within 10 minutes, everyone was singing, dancing and doing arts and crafts. She was a big hit. Also, great voice.

The kids at my daughter's birthday party really enjoyed seeing Elsa and Anna, especially the girls! They sang a couple of songs from the movie, provided cute snowmen crafts, and walked around the room posing for pics, so everyone had plenty of opportunities to meet them. They even had some fun posing with guests in the photo booth and stayed in character the entire time. I appreciated that they were able to bring a Frozen-themed background and banners to make their performance even more special. Thanks again for bringing a smile to the kids' faces!

My daughter recently had her 5th birthday party, and to her delight, and to the delight of her guests, the Ice Queen herself attended! She was prompt and in character from the moment of her arrival. She is clearly experienced at these parties, as she was adept at leading craft activities, singing to the group, running around the yard (gracefully, of course!), and engaging with the wide range of personalities that attend parties for young children.
As a parent, I found it incredibly helpful to have her present. We were given the choice of 4 different craft activities ahead of time, and my daughter chose to do the snowman building activity. The Ice Queen brought everything needed for the craft: markers, glue, paper, and everything was pre-cut so there was no need for scissors lying around. It was nice to actually converse with other parents while she led the craft, singing, playtime, etc.
When it was time to sit down for tea, The ice Queen's presence added to the celebration, yet she made sure the focus was on our daughter's birthday. It was a perfect balancing act that she did flawlessly. There was an opportunity for individual photos with her at the end of the party, and it was so apparent that all of the children felt a connection with her as they beamed during their pictures.
I especially appreciated her communication ahead of the party. She was great with answering any questions I had, and also got in contact with me a few days before the event to touch base and make sure everything would still be going as planned.
All in all, this was a 5th birthday party my daughter and her friends will never forget. I have spoken with other parents, and they were just as impressed with the Ice Queen as we were!

The Ice Queen came to an outdoor park for my daughter's 5th birthday party. The party guests did not know that she was coming and were so surpised - they also loved her "snowflake car" as they called it. She was friendly and attentive with all guests. She did Frozen tattoos with the kids and was quick to whip out coloring pages and crayons when we had a spurt of rain in the middle of the party. As a preschool teacher, it was a nice break to be able to enjoy the party and talk with the adult guests, while the Ice Queen entertained with fun games and activities. She was very responsive to messages and sent me a text before the party to ask if I needed anything or had questions. I would definitely recommend her if you are looking to add something different to your party. And very affordable too!

We also have friends who are balloon twisters, face painters and professional photographers, even one with a photo booth and a mobile collection of child-sized princess dresses. If you want any of these extra activities, contact me and we may be able to set up a discounted package! Need a venue? We can do parties at Piece d'Occassion Pottery Studio in Loudonville. We can also do summer parties at a beautiful Dutch barn in Cobleskill.
INTERESTED IN A PONY PARTY?
Have your party at Cooperstown Equestrian Park. The Ice Queen will ride up on her horse, Ludi, and welcome everyone. Then each guest gets a pony ride and photo opportunity on the horse. The Ice Queen will play games and do other activities with the guests who are waiting or do not want a ride. Parties still include singing, a birthday gift and other activities. This beautiful outdoor venue comes with picnic tables and some basic decorations included. You bring your own food and utensils. Contact me for availability. If you are ONLY interested in a party with Ludi, please tell me in advance.
Sometimes Ludi can come to your party venue, but his trainer must be available and travel fees will be added. Because summer is horse show season, we recommend you consider having your party at the stable.
I have been appearing as the Ice Queen since 2014. I began in Fairbanks, AK, where I ran a business called Fairbanks Party Princesses for almost a year. When I moved to Oneonta for work, I decided to continue doing parties here. It's so much fun and I love how special it makes children feel to meet the "real thing." I have done over to 300 events and private parties, including appearances for Make a Wish, the US Military, the New York State Museum, the Boys and Girls Club, LEAF and the Arthritis Foundation.
I have since added many amazing performers to my company, all of whom have theatrical training, amazing singing voices and tons of experience with kids!
Parties include about 90 minutes of entertainment--60 minutes of planned activities and 30 minutes for eating, cake, free play, presents or whatever you wish. Depending on the age of the child and number of guests, I work with the parents to select appropriate activities. I read storybooks, do crafts, dance, play themed games, sign autographs, pose for photos and even sing. I can also participate in specialized activities such as bowling, ice skating, mini golf--honestly almost anything! Look for us at public events too!
Our Snow Sisters have five costume options: NEW Sequel Adventure Dresses, Classic, Coronation, Summer and Holiday. You can also invite the Ice Harvester or the Northern Forest Protector to your Icy themed parties!
We also offer Rapunzel, the Little Mermaid, Alice in Wonderland, Cinderella, "Just Like Me" Cinderella, Princess Beauty, the Polynesian Wayfinder, Sleeping Beauty, the Scottish Princess, Ria--a flower fairy and Estrella--a Unicorn Princess. I can do a party anywhere! But if you want me to sing, I do need means to play music. I have several ways to do this even without electricity, but giving me some idea of where the party will be and what other entertainment will be present will help me to decide what technology to bring.
