Hit Collective Band Bio

Hit Collective is a group of seasoned professionals, each with over 30 years of experience playing in various bands across the Bay Area and Lake Tahoe. Our members have rich histories in music, including international tours and performances throughout the U.S.

Two members toured internationally in the '90s, while another member has toured across the U.S. We have performed at a wide range of events, from corporate gatherings in Pebble Beach, Monterey, and San Francisco, to intimate birthday parties, colleges, corporate parties, county fairs, and city-sponsored festivals.

We love playing music and do it for the pure joy of sharing our passion with others. Whether it's a grand event or a small celebration, Hit Collective brings energy, experience, and heart to every performance.

Performance Requirements for Hit Collective
To ensure the best possible experience for your event, here are the specific requirements for Hit Collective:

Power:
We require access to a 120-watt outlet to power our equipment.

Staging:
The ideal stage footprint for our electrified band with a PA system is 16 feet by 12 feet. This size provides sufficient space for our setup and performance.

Shade:
If the show is to be held outdoors, it is essential to provide adequate shade for the stage area. This helps protect our equipment and ensures a comfortable performance environment.

Lighting:
While we have decorative lights, they are not considered sufficient for professional needs. For optimal lighting, additional professional lighting equipment must be rented or provided.

Load-In:
For venues with difficult load-in conditions, such as stairs, an excessive distance from vehicles to the stage, or any other obstacles that impede a smooth setup, there may be an additional charge, or a crew must be provided to assist with the setup and breakdown of our equipment.

Sound Check:
We typically require a sound check prior to the event to ensure optimal sound quality. Please allow time for this in your schedule.

Parking:
Convenient parking access for loading and unloading equipment is essential. Please ensure there are designated spots close to the venue.

Dressing Room or designated area:
A private area for band members to change and store personal items is appreciated.

Refreshments:
Providing water and light refreshments for the band members can help keep energy levels up during the performance.

Set Duration and Breaks:
Clarify the number of sets and their duration, as well as any necessary breaks during the performance you desire.

Contact Person:
A designated contact person on the day of the event to assist with any questions or issues that may arise.

Cancellation Policy:
Include details about your cancellation policy, including any required notice period and associated fees.

For outdoor events, have a backup plan in case of inclement weather, such as an indoor location or a tent.

Special Requests:
Ask if there are any special requests or specific songs the client would like to hear during the event.

Arrival Time:
Please specify the time the band needs to arrive for setup and sound check, typically a couple of hours before the event starts.
