I was expecting a little more they seem a little nervous like they just started out all in all we were happy we would not hire them again for an adult party.

Hi Jamie,
We are sorry to hear that you did not receive the services as expected. Unfortunately, the weather was not in our favor resulting in unexpected roadblocks. While we understand your frustration, we cannot control the weather.
With 50 mph winds, we informed you ahead of time that the performance would be greatly impacted as we could not perform the fire choreography. We recommended rescheduling for the best performance possible. However, upon your request, we did offer replacement services (LED) to attend your event as you did not choose to reschedule or request a refund.
We did take the opportunity for the last 30 minutes to utilize fire props that could be safely used in such strong winds. We apologize if this did not meet your expectations, but given the weather conditions, we wanted to ensure safety for all. This included modifying our performance. We take feedback seriously and appreciate your input.

We will typically arrive 15 minutes ahead of all fire performance events to set up our performance area so that we may begin the show on time.
We require all clients to sign a liability waiver prior to or upon arrival.
We will bring our own music, if needed.
Our performers are highly skilled and experienced individuals from all walks of life. We can guarantee an unforgettable experience for any event that needs an extra flare!
