Hollis Banks Face Painter

On the morning of the event Hollis Banks cancelled said because of the hot weather. For one it wasn't the lady that called me it was her husband. I've been dealing with her for the past couple of days. He stated that the temperature was going to be 100 plus degrees and it will be too hot for her to be out there, I told him that they have been talking about the weather all week and me and her has been communicating she could have called earlier that week and I would have tried to make other arrangements,but in reality it was only 93 degrees and we were surrounded with plenty of trees so the wind was blowing because the park is near the water and that brought on a good breeze. I was not pleased at all concerning the conversation because he wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise because he was trying to justify why his wife wasn't coming. But I also told him there would be know excuse for this action, he also wanted me to tell your company my experience but just say I wasn't satisfied. Keep in mind, I was at the park setting up and was panicking because I had several children coming and looking forward to this, I also explain to him that this was a carnival setting and the face painting was one of the main features. But I must say he did call me back and forth trying to justify what has happened and I just told him to forget about it because he was really making me upset but then the last call he finally referred me to another lady Doris Sanchez which I tell you was so very professional, polite and very patient and I told her about the weather she said the weather is never a problem only when it rains. She showed up early and did a fantastic job, the kids were so happy and it was a lot of kids and she did a great job with satisfying them and I will be requesting her unfortunately l believe she is not connected with Gigsalad. But as far as your company is concerned I think this is one of my favorite vendors and I am a very pleased customer I have used it in the past and every time I have had a great experience unfortunately there's always one bad apple in the bunch.

I'm so glad I booked Hollis for my son's 3rd birthday party! She was communicative, on time, and her painting skills are excellent. The kids all loved her and she did an amazing job. Thank you Hollis!

Amazing artist that went above and beyond! Great with all ages. All the kids at our party beyond happy and so were their parents. Hollis is very talented and great to work with! Would definitely hire her again!

We recently booked Hollis for our church event and she was absolutely amazing. Everyone loved her designs and we had everyone of all ages lining up and getting their face painted. It was such a hit! Hollis is very kind and was interactive and engaging to the children. Hollis and her husband were very lovely people and we're very happy that we booked them. We are definitely booking them again in December!
