Sebastian and his staff did a really excellent job bartending and taking care of the serving at our wedding on Saturday. From the planning stages, Sebastian was very conscientious and courteous, bringing a wealth of experience and giving great advice. On the day, they arrived early and instantly were at work helping to set up every aspect of service at the venue, taking all the pressure off my new wife and I. The party speaker they rent was perfect for the occasion, the bartending was top-notch, they even received the food from outside the venue from caterers and handed off a cash-on-delivery payment so I didn't have to miss a beat of my speech. In the end, they consolidated everything down for an easy cleanup. Everyone was impressed!

Our previously booked server cancelled last minute and we scrambled to find a replacement. We found Gigsalad.com, and Sabastian managed to have availability short notice. He and his partner drove out to Kitchener and ensured our Christmas party ran smoothly. They allowed for us as hosts to enjoy our guests and minimized our cleanup. Highly recommend! We hired Sebastian and his team for bartending, waitstaff services for our annual Pool Party. Sebastian & his team went above and beyond what was expected! Absolutely amazing service, professionalism all top notch! Can not wait to have The Palazzo Bar team work with us again soon.

We engaged the Palazzo Bar to bartend and provide food service to about 60 adults. The team was wonderful and made many helpful suggestions as we had some unexpected rain. It was the first time using a service like this and the team was great in making the evening a successful night for our family and friends.

Sebastian’s team was exceptional. Hired them for our wedding and it wasn’t a traditional wedding, but Sebastian took the time to ask me questions, create a plan for the day, and overall made me feel so secure in how the day was going to go. The team was supposed to leave at a certain time, but Sebastian noticed we were behind on cleaning up, so he offered the team to stay and help out for one more hour. It was such a kind offer and because of their help, we left the venue spotless and less stressed! My guests were raving about how the waitstaff and bartenders were so nice and pleasant, they definitely added to the fun atmosphere of the party!

I hired Sebastian for my mom's 50th birthday party at our home with a group of approximately 50 of us and he did a wonderful job. Sebastian kept in touch for the weeks leading up to our party to ensure he would be well prepared and I was very impressed with his responsiveness throughout. My wife was celebrating her 40th bday, and we needed bartending services. Sebastian provided waitstaff and bartending for my 70-guest wedding. From our first phone call, Sebastian was very attentive and communicative. He and his staff heated and set out food, replenished buffet tables, circulated with tea / coffee / water, bussed tables, bartended, and tore down which included packing up rented linens, plates and glassware and moving a large number of tables and chairs. He was extremely helpful, discussing the bar menu and supplies required for my mom's 80th birthday, until everything was pinned down. Sebastian is a true professional! From the onset of working with him he was easily accessible via phone or email, helped us prepare for the party with great cocktail suggestions and buy lists and set up our bar perfectly when he arrived. He was super helpful throughout the night with cleaning up glassware and making sure drinks were cold, there was enough ice, and the bar was fully stocked! Our guests loved the drinks and his positive attitude - he totally elevated our holiday party! I would recommend Sebastian for sure!!

We hired Sebastian and his team for our wedding after reading his reviews on the Gig salad website. We never met leading up to the event except for a few phone calls. He and his team followed every request that we had. The bar and dinner service ran extremely well. For any issue that arose, Sebastian and his team were able to quickly problem-solve. When it came time to clean up, Sebastian and his team did so discretely, without interrupting guests and the reception. At the end of the night, Sebastian gave me a full rundown of everything that was done for the cleanup and where all the rentals were. Overall, Sebastian and his team did a phenomenal job. They were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond at every turn.

I was stuck last minute for bartenders for my wedding. I contacted Sebastian and he was very quick at getting back to me. He was very reasonable to deal with so I hired him, and boy am I glad I did. From the moment him and his partner arrived, they were nothing but perfection. Any request I had, he literally ran to get it done for me. My guests and myself loved them. They made a point to learn my guests names and what they were drinking, even personal details. They were very responsible in their service, even cutting people off when they needed to be. I would highly recommend hiring them for any event, you will not be disappointed.

Sebastian and his 3 wait staff served at my husbands 50th birthday on Friday night and they were all friendly, professionally dressed and arrived on time... they actually beat me there! Sebastian went above & beyond in helping coordinate with the caterer and was generous enough to return the dishes for me the next day.

I am so happy that we hired Sebastian to bartender and serve at our birthday party of approximately 50 guests. From the start, the communication was excellent. He was very professional and assured me that he would take care of everything he could on his end. He helped me draw up an amazing special drink menu for my guests (who the majority are wine drinkers) which were all delicious. In fact, only 2 bottles of wine were opened the entire night becasue his drinks were a huge hit! He certainly was a wonderful addition to our party and all my guests raved about him (and Tanner too) and want them there for every future party I have. Hahaha. I only have great things to say about this company...very professional, very organized, arrived in a timely manner, very friendly and approachable, cleaned up the bar area and left it organized and tidy before they left and extremely good communication skills. Sebastian was a great addition to my sisters bachelorette party! He was extremely professional and prepared - he helped us coordinate event day logistics, what would be needed and ensured we would have everything in place for the big day. Aside from being helpful, he was adapted to the needs of the event well, even offering to assist in set up and managing his inventory throughout the day. He was attentive to the our needs throughout the day and was very sociable and friendly. He was a great addition to the day and the service provided was excellent. The decision to have a bartender and waitstaff at my son's home grad party was the best decision of the event!!! Sebastian (bartender) and Vince (waitstaff) were exceptional! What can I say - I have hosted house parties for 70+ people for 20 years and have hired bartenders and wait staff to assist with all of them. Sebastian is the best bartender I have ever hired! I completely agree with the other reviews here; he is very professional and skilled at his craft. The drinks he made were are big hit so he was very busy the whole night. Sebastian was so pleasant and calm under pressure and he took it upon himself to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves, not over served and even performed some magic tricks for my guests! We found him online when we were looking for a bartender to serve for our wedding reception and party. His prices were reasonable and the deposit needed was as well. He conveyed well all the supplies he would need and what he would bring so that nothing was forgotten about well in advance of the event date. Came to event prepared and ready and even stayed later on to help out with the clean up. He had no issues adding additional drink recipes to the list and following the directions to make them. Guests were happy with his serving, he had a great attitude and no one went home severely drunk, overall i would highly recommend his services to anyone planning an a event as i know he is who i will look up for future events
