I hosted my 50th birthday party last week and I hired 2 staff members at Hospitality Bay to assist with serving the guests at the party. They were amazing! They were punctual, extremely helpful and an over all joy to work with. I was definitely pleased with their service. I'd highly recommend them for any event and I will definitely keep them in mind for all of my future needs.

Berdell and team were super friendly and easy to work with. All our guests had great things to say. Only area to improve upon would be to be a little more proactive with cleanup and seek out areas and items in need of attention. Other than that, all good!
We would definitely use HB again. Tee was professional & helpful. Communication prior to the event, during, & after was top notch.

‘Angel was very professional and very helpful for us and our guests. She arrived early and rolled her sleeves up immediately began to help. Throughout the evening, she pinch-hit on anything we needed and kept her self completely busy. The party was a great success.

Our wedding event went off without a hitch because of Hospitality Bay. From pre-event communications to day of service, Hospitality Bay is top notch!!
Our server arrived early, she was extremely professional yet personable - she made guests feel comfortable. Half of the guest list made it a point to tell me how incredible she was (and I agreed 100%)!
There is no doubt I will be booking with them in the future. As a Marketing Director who throws many high end events a year, I couldn’t be more pleased with the overall expierence and I look forward to working with them again.

Be careful if Hospitality Bay tells you they want the job, because they may cancel on you last minute, and you'll be left scrambling. After being told 1 month ahead of my event that they would take the job, and would be sending a quote-to-book 10 days before the event date, Hospitality Bay instead sent me a cancellation notice without warning. Instead of using the past few weeks to find another vendor, I've been coordinating other aspects of the event, since Hospitality Bay said they accepted the job. Terrible surprise and do not recommend.

Unfortunately, we did not have any staff for that date at that time, and was noted that you will be notified if this rare occurrence happens. Great service! Made our party and clean up so easy.
Very responsive to all messages and great communication overall. They arrived early and helped with the final areas of setting up, they constantly checked in with me to make sure everything was going well and asked if there was anything else they could assist with. They helped with clean up as well which is always an issue with any event but they went above and beyond and will for sure be using them for all our upcoming events.

I was looking for someone dependable, friendly and super professional, and I received all three thing with Berdell. I would definitely recommend you book with him. Everyone at the event spoke so highly of him, he definitely took our event up a notch.
He was very friendly and always checking in on us to see if we needed anything. He came early to help with setting up & taking down the event. Excellent customer service. I am very satisfied with his services and I gotten more than what I expected! And it didn't cost a lot either!! The birthday girl was very thrilled, so as long as she was happy everything is okay. We really enjoyed ourselves and would hire him for future events. Thanks!
