The photo booth was such a huge hit at our wedding. Definitely our best investment into the wedding. If you’re thinking about doing it just do it!! Everyone at UPM was amazing and attentive. We absolutely love our digital memories!
I’ve relied on the UPM team to support my events for the last 2 years and I don’t think I could have had such success without them. They’re quick to respond, provide reliable staff, and are one of the few things in the event world that I can always count on going on without a hitch!
Had 2 managers, & 10 guards for my St Patricks Day event. Multiple guards were fired on the spot by security management. Only the 2 managers had any semblance of a uniform, the rest were sloppily dressed in different unmarked t shirts.
Guards at entrance were arguing with event managers, telling guests the wrong admission fees and abandoning posts. Event organizers had a hard time working the lines at the door especially after guards were fired creating a staffing shortage.
It was our first time hosting this particular event but we know more now going forward. The Female working re-entry gate along with the gentlemen working the exit only did okay.
The 2 managers seemed professional and were responsive, but they weren’t able to get their inept staff of guards to perform as was needed.
However- guests were safe and there was no incidents. It was a mixed bag.

Constructive criticism by our esteemed clients is always well received. We use this feedback to continue to educate our team on lessons learned with each experience. Striving for excellence in our field of expertise to exceed client expectations is a priority.
A managerial decision to relieve two guards of their duties, day of event, was critical to maintaining a successful level of safety. This decision was not taken lightly. The two guards dismissed were replaced, without a gap in the operational readiness of the team.
The guards performing metal detection and bag checks at the main entrance confiscated a plethora of weapons, including firearms, all while sustaining a heavy volume of guest throughput. I applaud my team for establishing an orderly process and upholding guest confidence.
Neon colored security t-shirts were distributed to guards by team leaders during the pre-shift meeting. Easily identifiable lettering, “SECURITY” was printed on the back of the shirt. Our guards wore this uniform with pride, the entirety of the event.
I do appreciate your concern regarding delays in the ticketing process. However, delays experienced could be mitigated for future events with the implementation of higher staffing levels as suggested by UPM on March 11, 2023 at 6:25pm via email.
I am happy to further embed my team in your volunteer training process. We have the bandwidth to provide a brief training course outlining the “do’s and don’ts” in guest interaction, ie: speak loudly and clearly, be proactive and not reactive, smile, refrain from use of ear pods, and most important refrain from drinking alcohol while on duty.

I was in desperate need for a good photo booth/step & Repeat company I just didn't know if I was going to have enough time to have both on the day of my wedding since I started looking 3 weeks before my wedding. My step & repeat was unbelievable everyone love it and the pictures came out super cute and the photo booth was so much fun and I played Bruno mars - Married all night so cool my night was great thanks to this company my wedding was a success they were really professional and super nice to the guest attending my wedding.
