Hey there I am a solo guitarist/musician. I play covers ranging from the 70s, 80s, 90s, and today. I play both electric and acoustic depending on the event. I do weddings, private events, parties, and more. If I were to describe my style, I’d say I’m a bit like John Mellencamp, John Mayer, and Hunter Hayes. I am mainly a singer-songwriter so I love performing my own stuff as well!

I can play a wide range of covers, I use the electric guitar as well as acoustic. What I consider to be my biggest asset is my ability to entertain, I love taking requests and putting on a show. Getting the crowd involved makes the entire experience more enjoyable for all. Although, I am fully capable of background music depending on the venue. I can cater to both formal and informal events. I can play instrumental music as well as guitar and singing. I am a singer-songwriter and I love playing original songs when the time is right. I have played for wine bars, parties, bars, boats, weddings, rooftop venues, fundraisers... etc. Be prepared for a good time and quality music!
Hunter was born and raised in Annapolis, MD. He made his way down to Charleston SC for undergrad at the College of Charleston. After his undergrad he went and pursued his Masters in Wine Management from the Culinary Institute of America in California. He is now happily located back in the Holy City of Charleston where he performs live gigs, writes music and tastes wine!
In the first grade, his parents signed him up for the talent show to sing “country roads” by John Denver. Little did they know, that was the beginning of something so much bigger. Music became intertwined with Hunter as a person from doing musical theatre to learning piano and guitar. Meanwhile performing has remained one of his most liberating passions since he was a youngin.
Hunter’s music ranges from acoustic jazz/pop to simple and innocent singalong songs. Some of his biggest influences include John Mayer, Jude Smith, Sara Barellies, John Mellencamp, The 1975, and much more.
Hunter plans to release his debut album within the year so keep an eye out for what’s next. In the meantime, you can find him playing weekly gigs around Charleston, SC. Follow along on his Instagram for daily reels, updates, and entertainment.
