I hired a bartender and two party assistants for my wedding reception on 6/29/2024 and the staff from Hu’s Assisting were phenomenal!!! They were hard working, friendly, and so flexible! Prior to that, my communication with Holly was seamless which made planning a breeze! Thanks again for helping make our event such a great success!

We had a great experience hiring from Hu’s Assisting for our daughters graduation party. They tended to our buffet, replenishing as needed, assisting with clean up, circulating to manage trash, etc. Great peace of mind that allowed me to focus on our event and guests!

He was helpful, however, I wish he would have take more initiative without me asking for certain things. Aside from that, he came dressed professionally , was very polite and did what was asked.
I can't say enough about our experience with the waitstaff we employed from Hu's Assisting to work at my daughter's wedding reception. They were professional, timely, and ever so helpful. They thought of so many things that I had not and put their suggestions into action after checking with me every time. They left things neat and tidy and were so polite and helpful to our guests. I will recommend them to anyone in need of help at any event.

Holly was amazing! She made my event run smoothly. Because there was a snowstorm the event start time got pushed back a couple of times but holly remained patient and found a way to keep busy. She was very helpful and made me feel at ease.
Holly made sure the guest were good, and she also made sure that no water from the snow was tracked through the house.
When she got done everything was clean and put away, even the left over food. I will be hiring holly for all of my future events!!

The team was great. They did so much for us and worked non stop. Offered to help in every way. It made everything so much easier for us. Would definitely recommend them!
The waitstaff were energetic, capable, and proactive.
Unfortunately it rained on our event date and it became quite a bit more challenging as people streamed into every corner of the house. Dana did a superb job of helping and assisting in all kinds of scenarios. Setting up, working with the caterer, directing people, cleaning up, etc. Thank you Hu's and thank you Dana!

I can’t say enough good things about this service and staff. They went beyond helping out, friendly, energetic, classy.
Staff was efficient and polite.
Liked the reviews I saw on Hu's Assisting and they did not fail. I also felt their prices were extremely reasonable. Hired 1 person to help with our holiday dinner. She came on time, was very personable and easy to work with. Only had to explain things once to her and she was able to figure things out. She initially worked in the kitchen to coordinate all the food in the oven and other things needed until ready to serve. She did help with some serving but after our soup course it was all buffet style. She then helped clear a bit and then did all the dishes which took most of the evening. She made my holiday more enjoyable for me during and after. All I had to do once everyone was gone was tidy up the DR and put everything away. I would definitely hire someone from Hu's again!
I look forward to working with this company again in the near future. Dana was awesome, personable and helpful. The owner was very communicative and a pleasure to work with as well.

Very, very happy with the assistance I received.
I could not of been happier. Sherri was our sever for the event. She arrived 10 minutes early and help me do the set up. Just before the guest arrived she changed into her uniform. It was freshly pressed and very professional. She assisted in everything I asked her to do. From gathering coats to clean up. I could not have been so relaxed during this without her.
I also want to compliment Holly. She did an excellent job making sure I was satisfied. Thank you all. I highly recommend Gig Salad!
Our assistant, Sherri, was wonderful! She helped at my mom's early Christmas party and was beyond our expectations. I would definitely recommend Hu's Assisting and plan to use them again!

We had a great experience using Hu's assisting. We have a very large party annually with over 200 guests. We had one bartender and three servers through Hu's. Everyone was terrific! Easy to work with, friendly, hard working. Great experience!
