Our aim... to keep you dancing all night long! We tend to please everyone from 1 to 100. The crowd forms conga lines, shakes their groove things & just has a partying good time!

We had hired Identity Crisis for our summer event at our Condominium Association this past weekend, and our residents had a blast! The band set the tone with their fun and lively music, it's the first time in about 15 years that we've had everyone up and dancing, eventually forming a conga line! We would love to have them return next year, as we've had many compliments and requests for them. Many thanks to Identity Crisis, I have to say it's was the most fun and successful party ever!

We offer dance music played completely live for your entertainment, no matter the event! Imagine a night where the band plays all danceable genres, with music from the 1940s through the 2020s!
At some point during the event, each individual person will hear music they love. It's like having a DJ there, but having the music medleys, and mashups being played by a live band instead.
So, you say you've never experienced a band that doesn't mention it, but the people form a conga line anyway? That's us! All in the same night, you will see Latin Ballroom, Country Line, Popping & Locking, Conga lines, etc. We play songs with different types of rhythms... waltz, salsa, cha cha, hoe down, steppin'... and many others. If you want a rumba, we do that as well! The point of what we do is to entice people to get on the dancefloor with infectious dance music for ALL TYPES... not just one type of groove or rhythm.
We have been repeatedly hired by Jewel Osco for their outdoor planned, corporate events. We have played the festival stages and concert in the park stages for many of the Chicago suburbs. We have also played many of the largest bar stages in the suburbs. From JW Holsteins in Tinley Park to BaseCamp in Lisle. Playing two stages for the Kansas State Fair's 100th anniversary is indeed the farthest we have traveled, but we are not opposed to traveling further.
We love playing back yard events as much as we enjoy playing to 3,500 people at a park or fest. Believe me when I say that you can't go wrong hiring us for your event. Our complete idea is to bring positive feeling dance music to your door, be it a large venue, small venue, out door venue, or just your home. We have adjusted all inappropriate song lyrics as to not offend anyone, and to make our performances fit for children as well as adults, so have no fear! We've got your back on that, and this is the best time to play positive music, I can tell you that!
