We play upbeat songs to get the crowd going and we love to have fun. Available for corporate events, parties, clubs, weddings, events & fundraisers. In The Sun are a upbeat, fun band that can get the crowd dancing and will keep almost anyone entertained with music from the 50's to present. We can get people dancing and we know how to work a crowd. We play something that everyone from 10 to 100 will know and we want our crowd to go home happy.
In the Sun was formed by brothers Guy (bass) and Ray Tetro (guitar) (from the indie-rock band Precious Bones) and were joined by drummer Anthony LoScalo, vocalist Marti Morris, and lead guitarist Josh Morovan. The band wanted to create a cover band that could please most people in the crowd. They selected songs from every era from the 50's to present, with the intent to cover songs that were fun and kept people entertained. They included genres like 80's, funk, disco, dance, Top 40, classic rock, oldies, grunge, rock and more.
In The Sun can provide our own PA and sound guy, in addition to all the equipment needed for the rest of the band. We can work with the venue and event planner to make sure our performance is professional and everything runs smooth.
