We hired them for a company holiday party. They showed up over a half hour late and were busy getting set up during the middle of the event. Meanwhile the plan was to arrive at least an hour early. When I called that day to see where they were, Alan apologized and told me that he'd refund me a portion of the cost for the trouble, which I never received. I also never received a link to the digital copies of the photos, which we often send off to clients to thank them for attending. I've followed up regarding this consistently since December, but have not received any response (even though I can see that any message I sent was marked as read).

Social and Media Booth:
these booth use iPads as the image taking device, all ipads are current year ipads with upgrades 10mp cameras. image quality is amazing both in prints and social media outlets.
DSLR Booths:
These booths use DSLR cameras specifically Nikon T6i cameras which capture professional level images every time.
Mirrorbooth:
This booth has an upgraded camera able to capture amazing photos in low light and capture more detail. they also are able to record in 4k.
360 booth:
we use a gopro hero 10 to capture amazing detail. these images do need to be compressed to be sent out in email but you will receive the original content by mail.
only requirement is an outlet.
