I booked Berkeley Creative Company for a bachelorette party at an airbnb. Berkeley arrived early for setup, was super prepared and professional. She guided us through the whole process so we really didn't have to do anything except book and be present. Best of all, her readings are LEGIT, like hauntingly good. Depending on your setup needs, I generally like to arrive about 15-30 minutes before your event. (If needed I can provide a small table and two padded folding chairs, please just let me know in advance of the event). Once the reading is complete, the next recipient is welcome to come and sit for their reading. I find it best to provide a minimum ~10-15m for each participant as anything less doesn't provide as much useful information for your guests. It's helpful to know in advance how many of your guests intend to receive a reading so we know how much time you will need. Alternatively, we can book the time and leave it open as a first come/first serve basis. For smaller group readings, I bring a small keepsake for each guest. Once the readings are complete, I will let you know and excuse myself from your event. If I've brought additional items with me those will be collected.

Being very portable and fully vaccinated, Berkeley just needs a table with 2-3 chairs located in an area where guests can easily hear the readings. In addition to the readings, guests will receive a special keepsake.
