Awesome vibes, I loved the lights he brought. Got my lil wedding pumped up. Everyone has an amazing time. Very polite and profession. Turned a small event into a big party. Definitely would recommend.

IT Factor Live Entertainment is hands down the worst company to use for anything! If zero stars was an option, I would have given them that! They promise the world but deliver nothing! I unfortunately hired this company to provide entertainment for a high school karaoke event I was hosting. After messaging with Benson (who I believe is the owner) several times, we confirmed this was a karaoke event and he would bring everything needed. My event was this part Saturday, a gentleman showed up to DJ the event and he had NO KARAOKE EQUIPMENT whatsoever. After speaking with the DJ he informed me that he was never told or provided the info that this was a karaoke event. He then informed me that he doesn't even OWN KARAOKE EQUIPMENT!!! None of the fault falls on the DJ he was actually a really great guy and did the best he could to keep everyone dancing and happy! 100% of the fault falls on IT Factor Live Entertainment and Benson. To make this even better the DJ calls Benson and explains my anger and the situation. After the phone call I get a message from Benson stating that "the DJ only brought one mic". What good is one mic with no karaoke equipment?!?! At this point I asked the DJ for Benson number. I contacted Benson directly and he pretended he wasn't him! He said his name wasn't Benson and he never spoke with a DJ. He also told me the DJ was lying and to check the DJ's call log to prove they never spoke. Guess what, I did, and his number was on there from a phone call 5 minutes prior. Benson and the worthless company IT Factor Live Entertainment did nothing to try and help the situation. Never returned any messages or phone calls, never offered to reimburse any monies spent...and worst of all didn't even apologize for ruining my event!
Sorry for the long review, the plan and simple fact is IT Factor Live Entertainment is a terrible company, Benson is a liar, they didn't do what was paid for and what was discussed. And to boot their prices are a rip off. Stay away from IT Factor Live Entertainment like your life depends on it.
Benson, I hope you get to read this, because you are a disgrace and a useless human being!

Hi John, I was very aware of the situation. And whatever story that Dj told you of the situation that he didn't know about the party being a karaoke type event. He was told that. I event met with him couple days before your event to go over details and hand him extra lighting for your event to make sure things goes smoothly. As for you not being able to reach me. I was away and had horrible reception service on my primary phone. I couldn't text or receive calls from anyone. I did reach out to the dj on another phone told him both you and him can reach me on that number because I wasn't receive signal on my phone.
Again my apology on the way your event went. Some dj forget stuff or say they have stuff to get a job that's not us. If a dj don't have something I go out my way to make sure they have what they need to be successful. I reassure you this will never happen to any other clients.
DJ was professional and super upbeat. Loved the music he played and he kept the beat alive all afternoon!! Highly recommend!

It Factor live entertainment was something to rave about!! The DJ played every song that everyone wanted to hear, I don't think anyone in the party was sitting down! The host was absolutely phenomenal, she spoke both English and my native language in order to make all the guests feel comfortable, five stars!! They also provided me with a decorator who did an absolute beautiful job with everything that I had asked for! I would definitely hire them again!!

DJ Benson and Malaika was absolutely amazing. The energy they provided to the entire crowd was outstanding. They both brought a vibe that everyone connected with. I would recommend DJ Benson to everyone because of how true he is with his crowd and understanding the different cultures. My husband and I had an amazing time with our family and friends and would definitely hire him for other future parties or events we plan to have.
