Kristi Perry Cox has creative vision that she is able to bring to life using her unique perspective and practical mindset. She believes that beautiful events should be possible for every budget, and that you should always stay true to your individual vision. She thrives in a fast-paced work environment and embraces event planning with a sense of humor and an open heart. Her event background is in weddings and charity events, successfully coordinating intimate cocktail parties for 50, black-tie galas for 2,000, and everything in-between!

About Katie

Katie Williamson is a type-A party animal. Some may say that’s an oxymoron, but they haven’t met Katie. As a professional event manager, she combines her passion for people and parties with her desire to control the chaos. Her organizational skills and laid-back demeanor allow her to execute events flawlessly and calmly. The only time you’ll see her break a sweat is on the dance floor! Katie has a wide-range of events under her belt; from glitter-themed bachelorettes, housewarming fiestas and business conferences for high level executives, she’s made it happen!

Full-Service Planning

So you’re engaged, or expecting a baby, or want to throw a birthday party – now what?! We’re here to walk alongside you every step of the way as you plan your perfect celebration. We will meet with you to find out what your vision is – or help you come up with one – and then do all the work from seeking out and selecting vendors, putting together menus, coming up with thank you gifts, and coordinating the entire event from ideas to fulfillment. We will be available to you as much as you need us to be via email and phone, keep track of your guest list and budget, and come up with some beautiful and creative details to impress your guests. Don’t worry about anything, we’re here to make this a memorable occasion and keep hair on your head while we get there!

Month-Of / Day-Of Coordination

Got this planning thing on lock, but still need a little help coordinating on the big day? We’re your girls. We love to work alongside other creative and detail-focused people that aren’t afraid to ask for help so that they can truly enjoy what they’ve created. We will meet with you once or twice to get all the information, create a timeline, and then coordinate your event seamlessly from communicating with vendors to making sure the bathrooms are stocked. All you’ll have to worry about on the day of the event is getting another glass of champagne!

Do It For You

DIY Weddings are our favorite, but we know they require a TON of time and creativity that most people just don’t have. If you want an extra personal touch for your wedding or event, let us help you create it! We’ll figure out a project that works with your theme & budget and get you the info you need to make it happen – or, we’ll literally make it happen for you! We love to craft and we’d love to create something beautiful, unique, and personal for your wedding or event.

Hourly Consultation & Research

Just need us to create a timeline for you, research catering companies, run an errand, or send you a list of amazing photographers? We have lots of tools and resources we’re dying to share with you in hopes of making this process a little less stressful and are happy to help on an as-needed basis!
