I am the Activities Director at an RV Resort and booked J2 for an event. They were great! They were very easy to work with, professional and extremely talented! I will be booking them again for future events as guests are still raving about them months later!

Our wedding was this past weekend 11/6/2020. My now husband and I had the privilege and honor, of these two amazing musicians perform at our wedding. we could not wait to write an amazing review. They could play any event and absolutely crush it. We were told numerous times throughout the night, "best wedding music ever". Not just from our guests, but the event staff as well. There was not one person who did not love this group. It was the best part of our wedding hands down. Their playlist is unreal, and are eager to accept requests(we had a few). What other wedding can you hear Tennessee Whiskey and Pink Floyd by a guy who could be David Gilmores twin, and has played with so many amazing artists(see their bio for a list). Jennifer's rendition of Angel From Montgomery could be better than the original. Her voice is out of the world. The entire room was dancing, from young to old. There was not a song everyone did not know or love. They are truly unique and extremely talented. Jim is an outstanding guitarist and really knew how to get the crowd going. Not only are they talented but genuine and nice individuals. Took time to talk to my husband and I, and our guests. If you do not need them for a wedding, please check them out at one of their gigs. You will be in the presence of greatness. We look forward to seeing them again soon!J2! J2! J2! J2!.

A MUST if you love great music!

J2 pulled off a wonderful retrospective of classic rock hits (with a few 80s and 90s tunes as well!) for our retirement party this past week. Genuinely enjoying themselves and the people around them, we had great vocals from Jennifer and awesome guitar riffs from Jim. The quality of each song was amazing, with both performers sharing their total joy in the music. With most of the 50 guests singing along, we were mesmerized for four solid hours as they took us all back to a simpler time - one song better than the next. Nobody wanted to leave! To quote one guest, "Best party...ever!"

Little did we know that Jim graduated from college the same year as us - till we realized we shared the same music! J2 was the perfect music for our cocktail party, ceremony, through dinner and DANCING! We loved their sound, which is way more than you would expect from a duo. Thank you for being part of our joy and celebrating with us!

These guys pack a sound for only 2 people! Jennifer and Jim hooked me in when I heard them play Money for Nothing by Dire Straights! I couldn't believe I was hearing it live and it sounded amazing! They bring and set up all their own equipment and break down as well. They are low cost, low maintenance and can adapt to almost any venue, with a varying audience and any type of event. Jennifer is great with interacting with your audience, making announcements and giving you cues as to speaking at various intervals throughout the event if that's part of your agenda. There isn't any kind of genre they can't play. Like I said, I thought I heard it all and then they bust out Dire Straights! Like...who does that? Their music will take you back in time or to songs on the radio today. Either way, you WILL get up and dance! Don't believe me, just watch!.....

Literally! So much so that we asked for more! J2 delivered with an encore set equal to the previous 3 hour set. They were awesome.

J2 are great to work with. Jim took the time to scout our venue, gave great suggestions for set-up, allowed ample preparation time - all of which was very important to us. They followed through with everything and the final performance was outstanding!

Looking forward to seeing them perform at a local pub.

I hired J2 to preform at my 50th birthday party. I had heard them several times before and loved their music and style. J2 did not disappoint! I had 100 guests, and dance floor and a 60 x 40 tent set up. The dance floor was packed ALL NIGHT LONG. They kept the crowd on their feet all night long. I would HIGHLY recommend J2. Guests could not stop raving about how fabulous they were! Thank you Jennifer and Jim!!!

J2 is great at picking the music that matches the theme of your event. They also are good at assisting with the event by clearly announcing the things you may need to communicate to the audience. Show up right on time and are a pleasure to work with. Their music is the best!

This is a duo that sounds like a full band. They never disappoint. I have hired them to play for two charitable fundraisers. And most recently my Birthday Party. They are always professional. Supreme sound. Great selection of music and great with any audience. They work well with the flow of any type of event and easy to work with. They are my favorite and first go to entertainment for all my events. Why? Because we never get tired of their performance. Thank you J2 for your professionalism and your amazing talents and by the way did you know it was my Birthday?

My company was hosting a park dedication one evening. I needed a great band with big sound. But, I also needed a small band. Thank you Google! I found J2 Band! Went to their site, listened to one song and was sold! Called Jennifer immediately and booked them. They showed up ready to go. It's amazing how much sound these two pack. Incredible voices, terrific guitar, perfect set list! I would hire J2 for any of my future events. They are fantastic to work with and are two of the nicest people you could ever meet. Worth their weight in gold!

These folks are pros! Showed up on time, prepared, set up, started on time, delivered some great tunes that had the house rockin' and dancing, then cleaned up and left. No drama, no (bad) surprises. They drew a nice little crowd of regulars...I'll definitely book them again.

After looking for EVER for the "perfect" band for wedding we luckily found J2! I knew they were the band for us after hearing only a few seconds of their song gallery. This amazing pair performs seamlessly throughout torrential storms and attacks from mosquitoes big enough to rape a buzzard. We have a varied and eclectic group of friends and family and EVERY SINGLE ONE in attendance (100) raved about the quality of sound, impressive repertoire, and talent that these two bring. EVERYONE danced,ages 19 to 80, and loved the music and personality of J2! Both are so eager for everyone to have a great time that it oozes out of every note they play! I wondered how such big sound could come out of only two artists. The secret is that they record themselves playing other instruments and use that in their sets. So you really do get a FULL band at a duo price. :-)
Pure brilliance. These two are our new favorite band and we will use them for our Quest Air Hanggliding events when we need live music. We have people from all over the world, of all ages, who fly with us. I have no doubt J2 will please the entire crowd.

Their talents far exceed how these photos look! Jim's guitar expertise and Jennifers vocal abilities set the stage for some fine classic rock and acoustic tunes. Sounds like more than just 2 people on stage!!

Heard these folks at a local music festival and was wonderfully entertained. Jennifer;s voice soared over complicated parts and complimented Jim's voice nicely. Jim's guitar work is second to none in my book. You will enjoy their choice of material.

So happy to hear that these two very talented musician/vocalists are once again going to perform live in the Tampa Bay area. I have hired this group before and they are outstanding performers with a reputation for dependability and excellence in showmanship.
