She was the star at my event so young but filled with wisdom
Response from J. Nicole Jones:
Christine,
Thank you for having me it was truly a pleasure. I enjoyed the dialogue and energy from yourself and your attendees. I look forward to working with you again in the future. Wishing you all the very best.
J.Nicole
J. Nicole was sensational! She has the ability to tackle even the most challenging topics and issues with empathy and grace. She really knows how to connect with her audience--how to make them feel cared for and special. When you're with J. Nicole, you're with your wisest friend--the friend who reminds you to take care of yourself, the friend who always knows just what to say and how to make you see things in a different, better light. We've gotten rave reviews from so many who attended our conference, and we know we had a great event because we had a fantastic keynote speaker who knew how to get things started and who provided the insights and encouragement needed for keeping it going!
J.Nicole recently spoke at our Woman Speaker Meeting, and our members loved it! She is personable and easy to listen to. J.Nicole’s ability to talk about grief can transmute one’s fear (on the subject) to acceptance. Her message was well received, and her energy and delivery was welcoming. We look forward to working with J. Nicole again!
J.Nicole spoke at our virtual conference and she brought the house down. Her message really resonated with the audience. She is so relatable. She allowed us space to talk about grief and also provided a message of hope and joy. We left feeling touched and inspired. Highly recommend her!
Grief was a different topic for the conference I was attending, but it turned out to be such a universal topic for the attendees. J. Nicole was able to engage the audience from the beginning to end (which is very hard in a virtual presentation!), handle comments and questions from the audience, and provide great advice. She helped us understand that we can grieve any number/type of events or losses, but that we also have the ability to choose joy in our lives without dismissing our pain. I highly recommend J. Nicole Jones as a speaker for your event!
J.Nicole presented a dynamic, engaging and enlightening plenary for more than 600 child support professionals during WICSEC's 2021 annual conference, which was virtual. She answered questions openly and honestly, didn't shy away from the hard questions, and gave blunt and direct advice on choosing joy over grief. She also presented a breakout to a smaller group. Her personal stories built a connection between her and the audience. She tackled a tough subject head on and made the talk a comfortable space for all listening.
My experience with JNicole from the beginning was smooth and handled with the utmost level of professionalism. At first, I was seeking a training on grief because a high percentage of our department has experienced loss of a loved one this year. Upon speaking with JNicole, she thought it would be good to have a dialogue with participants, instead of a formal training. She was spot on! This fireside chat (which she called it) was exactly what the bully ordered. From the start of her speaking during the fireside chat, JNicole was engaging. Her insight, empathy, passion for healing, and pure heart seeped out of her mouth like butter. She dropped gems and knowledge our staff never even thought of or knew. JNicole was so open, that it led others to share their grief journey and ask thought provoking questions. Her fireside chat was exactly what we needed, without us even knowing we needed it. I received commentary from attendees on how amazing she was, and they’ve already reached out to her and/or began following her social media platforms. I believe organizations should show support to their workforce by having JNicole speak at a conference or a simple fireside chat. I will be connecting with The Grief Bully again! Thank You!
There are so many things that contribute to J Nicole success. One thing that comes to mind is her honesty. She is going to be honest in her feeling about grief. She is going to be honest in setting a platform to make you feel open and vulnerable enough to express your feeling. She is going to be honest to bring awareness around something that she knows people don’t want to talk about but need to be heard.
Our honest opinion, We, Black Men Heal, appreciate the work she does.
J. Nicole brings energy and dedication every single time. She is a powerful, knowledgeable, and insightful speaker. I am so impressed with her ability to relate to people and demonstrate compassion. What a gift!
J. Nicole was a great guest speaker for my group. Her honest and real discussion about grief created an atmosphere that felt safe and caring for everyone. As a grief professional, I found her personal insights and perspectives really helpful in setting the tone for the evening. Her message that "Grief is not a problem to be solved, rather a life experience that we have to learn to carry." is one that resonated most strongly with me and I will share with others in my work.
