Overview
Looking for a jazz trio that will add a great ambience to your event? Need a trio for background music for your cocktail hour or wedding dinner? Holiday party? We play jazz standards, jazzy blues, bossas, bebop, holiday songs, and funky jazz, as well as jazz versions of pop tunes for your enjoyment. Listen to the audio posted and view some photos here to sample our group.
We can tailor our playlist to your event as well. We can also make it a piano and bass duo, add a saxophone, or whatever you can imagine! Our trio consists of acoustic or digital piano, acoustic or electric bass, and drum set. We are experienced musicians who will help make your event even more enjoyable!

We had the Janette Greene Jazz Band for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and the band was the headliner of the whole event. They brought a wonderful element to the party and our guests loved listening to them! We highly recommend them for any event.

What to Expect
Janette Greene Jazz Band is available for parties, weddings, corporate events, and just about any other type of event where background music can add to your event. We are also able to add other instruments at your request.
About
Janette Greene recently arrived in the Pittsburgh area from San Diego and is beginning to make her way in the Pittsburgh jazz music scene as a jazz pianist.
Janette has played in many gig settings, from clubs, to private parties, to senior facilities, and more on piano. She was the leader of weekly jam sessions for several years.
In addition to piano, Janette has an extensive background on bass and earned her music degree from the Cole Conservatory at Cal State Long Beach and continues to take private lessons to hone her jazz pianist skills.
