So for 10+ years, He constructed classes that are both FUN & Beneficial to physical & mental health. He also had a run as an On-Air talent for Chicago's WCIU The U, Has sold out House of Blues, Joe's live & other large venues with his touring tributes & is a one stop shop for all your interesting and specialty event/Engagement needs!

NeuroRhythm Restorative Drum Class - This class is similar to the viral video of drum circle - only we have simplified the supplies & improved the Neuroplasticity components of the class to offer not only CARDIO, but Brain health exercises as well. Book a 30 or 45 min Class.
