Jason Jacobs Magic

Jason did a show for our 5 year old's birthday party and it was just fabulous. All the kids had the most amazing time, lots of laughter and fun, and the adults were totally engaged too. Jason is a great magician and highly entertaining.

I work for the Williamsburg Branch Library. I had Jason come to our branch to put on a magic show for our patrons. We had a good mix of young and old and everyone was thoroughly entertained. Jason has a way of including every child and making them feel special. They even got to pet his bunny assistant, Bubbles. I think he may have inspired a few to become magicians themselves! Patrons were stopping at the front desk on their way out commenting about how entertaining and enjoyable the program was. Thank you Jason! Keep on amazing!!

We hired Jason Jacobs for my son's 8th birthday party. We had a family party with children from 2 years old- 13 years old, all of their parents and some grandparents. It was the best birthday party we have had. Everyone in attendance loved the show. The magic tricks were great, Jason's great sense of humor cracked us up, and the show was highly engaging and very entertaining! I can't say enough great things about Jason Jacobs and his magic show! Entertaining children of all ages (and adults too) is definitely his calling! People were still talking about how much fun they had weeks after the party. We are hoping to have him again, possibly for a whole class birthday party!
I highly recommend Jason Jacobs for parties. He set up before guests arrived and then after the performance we served cake and ice cream. He created balloon animals while we ate. My son opened his gifts and then everyone left! Easiest party ever!

When you search online for someone to provide a service, you never really know what you're going to get. Sure you read reviews and compare prices and cross your fingers and hope, but man did Jason deliver on his reviews!!!! We had 21 children, and about 10 adults crammed into our great room, and from the moment Jason and his lovely assistant Olivia took the stage, the audience was entirely engaged. My son had been studying up on how magic tricks were done for weeks leading up to his party and Jason blew him off his feet with his flawless delivery and awed the crowd. From the moment he arrived to the moment he left, he was nothing but the consummate professional, and we have received text message after text message from kids parents who attended saying how their kids couldn't stop talking about the show. The gift bags he provided were both an excellent value and have kept the kids entertaining everyone they could find with the tricks (my son HAD to go into the store with my wife, just so he could show the cashier his trick). When you hire Jason, you will not be disappointed!

I was incredibly impressed with Jason's magic show. He was prompt, professional, and extremely entertaining. He spent a ton of time after the show helping the kids learn magic tricks and was very patient and personable. I think the adults enjoyed it every bit as much as the kids!

Jason did an amazing job with all the kids at my children's birthday party. He kept both the kids and the adults engaged the entire time. His show was very creative and entertaining. He truly has a special gift and I would highly recommend him.

We hired Jason Jacobs for our son's 6th birthday. The children were mesmerized by his show and filled with laughter the entire time. A few of the children told their parents they wanted him at their next birthday party! My son is still talking about his tricks days later. Even the adults enjoyed the show. He was also very professional. I can't say enough about how great he was, we hope to see him again sometime.

Jason just performed at our daughter's birthday. First off, he was punctual and that to me is very important in the chaos of a party. Second, his energy and his engaging presence with the kids was nothing short of amazing. You can tell he is a teacher by how well he engages and captures their interests. His show is great for all ages. He had the children and adults rolling with laughter and shrieking with excitement. I would recommend him for any event but especially for children. You can easily see that this is his passion.

Jason Jacobs performed two magic shows at the Bethel Branch Library Summer Reading Carnival on June 10, 2014. A total of 217 children and 110 adults attended the two excellent programs. Jason's ability to entertain both children and adults at the same time with his magic and humor was amazing! He had no problem controlling and entertaining that number of children. His use of our Summer reading theme "Fizz Boom Read" as his magical words was clever and kept reinforcing to the children that this Summer Reading Program is taking place at their public library right now. Including the importance of reading and learning with his magic and humor was a great addition to this fun library program. Jason's programs were certainly a huge success at the Bethel Library!

We hired Jason to do a magic show for our sons 6th birthday party. It was awesome!! Every parent complimented the magic show idea for a party and what a wonderful job the magician did. Jason captured and kept the attention of guests of all ages. He is able to keep the youngsters entertained and the adults guessing. He was great with the kids before and after the show making balloon objects for each child. Jason included each child in his show and helped the birthday boy perform magic tricks he did not know he could do. I hope Jason has some more tricks up his sleeve for the next time!!

Jason Jacobs is an amazing talent. He is not only imaginative, witty, and personable, but he is also extremely professional. I have had the pleasure of watching his show on quite a few occasions---if you are planning a small birthday party or a large corporate event, this guy certainly knows how to read his audience and work a crowd!

I have hired Jason to perform at my daughter’s birthday party as well as for several fundraising events. He never fails to entertain and is a favorite among all age groups, from young children to adults – even hard-to-please teens enjoy him! He is one of our favorites for fundraising events because he is such a draw: it’s not uncommon to hear, “Jason Jacobs is going to be there? Then we’ve got to go!” Without question, he has helped us raise more money because people come out to see him. As a teacher, Jason understands how to reach people and engage them. His show is interactive and often includes his magic students, which makes it fun & educational for them as well as for the audience. He is extremely flexible and adaptable, and he’s able to make his show work in any type of venue – large, small, with a stage, or without. We were holding one party in an old castle, and Jason had not seen it before that night. Where we had expected to have the show didn’t end up working, but Jason was able to arrange things quickly so the setting was perfect for the group. Always a professional, Jason makes sure the audience is involved and having a great time. Once you see him, you’ll understand why people seek him out!

I have had the pleasure of watching Jason perform his various acts multiple times and have taken my son who was anywhere from 2 to 4 and my daughter starting from 9 to 13 and they both love his acts. I find it very entertaining as well. There are parts that very funny and parts you think how did he really do that. I have to admit that my son and my favorite is his monkey. That little guy is great. Personally I have also hired Jason to perform at my daughter's 10th and son's first birthday party. He used one of the older kids to do his "magic puppet" part and it had all of us adults rolling with laughter. Every dollar I spent on hiring him was worth it and all those that attended loved him as well. He always has a smile on his face before, during and after the show. I love the fact that after his shows he will take the time to talk with the little ones. That meant so much to my son. His shows are well worth the money and you will even get to learn a trick or two.

I hired Jason for a number of years to come into our day camp and teach magic tricks as well as perform for the camp. The campers looked forward to having Jason come back year after year. They loved his magic tricks and loved learning tricks from him. Jason is very professional. He has resonable pricing. I would recommend him to anyone, he can adapt what he does for any age group and group size.

My 13yo son took a Magic Class from Jason Jacobs when he was in first grade. Jason is an AWESOME magic teacher, with his enthusiasm and expertise. He sparked the Magic bug for my son. A few years later, Jason became a teacher at my son’s school, so he was able to participate in Magic Camp as an afternoon program. Jason held a more advanced Magic Camp for the 6th graders, teaching a higher level of Magic. He invited the 6th graders to attend the Magi-Fest in Columbus, which allowed them to purchase magic from the same venders who sell to professional magicians. I was hoping that Jason would get to spend a little time with the students, but he spent most of the day with them, showing them the pros and cons of some of the magic tricks that they wanted to purchase. As a fundraiser for Faces Without Places, Jason worked with a few dozen 6th graders to put on a Magic Show. I stopped at school to deliver dinner to my son and saw how much work Jason was doing for the 6th graders, so I offered to stay and help. Jason has SO much enthusiasm and love for teaching our youth it is addictive. I found myself getting more into magic than I had ever anticipated.
Jason is a great teacher and magician. The children and the adults in the audiences that I have seen at his shows are inspired and entertained. Jason not only performs good magic, he has a great story as part of his magic. Having him as a party magician is a wise decision.

I have seen Jason Jacobs perform many times over the last decade. The first time at a children's show at the library when my kids were preschoolers and from then on we were hooked. We have also seen him perform at neighborhood shows, outdoors at festivals, on stage at school events and fundraisers,walk-around table magic in restaurants, magic camp that he teaches each summer for miami township (both my kids have attended). Jason is a fantastic performer able to entertain kids and adults alike. He has stunned us many times with amazing tricks you would not think were possible. One if his greatest assets is his ability to adjust to the kids and audience he is entertaining. Jason is a wonderful person and great magician that you don't want to miss.

I have been fortunate to have Jason perform for many years at Seipelt Elementary's Harvest Carnival and his show was a big hit with the families that attended. For my last year coordinating the carnival Jason gave an amazing performance complete with stage and props such as a live bunny named Einstein. I've seen him perform for the Cub Scouts for a Blue and Gold banquet. That was my family's first time to see him perform in 2008 and we laughed so hard because not only is Jason skillful at performing magic but he has a great sense of humor that adds an element of comedy to his work. Jason is not only talented but has a wonderful personality that is very generous and you can always count on him to give you a spectacular show!!

I have seen many of Jason's shows. He is very flexible and can adapt from a small children's party to a huge show with hundreds of people. He works each show for the environment he is in. He is funny and little kids find him hilarious, he leaves the adults wondering how on earth he did it!! I love his shows and look forward to seeing more!

I saw jason's magic over 10 yrs. ago for the first time and I have not laughed and had so much fun in a very long time..I have seen him perform many more times since then..It always amazes me with all the new things he brings to the stage..and is so amazing with the children..It brings me so much joy to see the children having so much fun..But, he is much more than a Magician He is an awesome Teacher and Tea kwon do instructer..which I have had to pleasure to be a part of..He makes children feel good about themselves and you can see how much he really does care..He puts all of his heart into everything he does..So if you have not seen him..You really should..

We hired Jason for a special event at a day camp for kids with sensory processing disorders. His show was entertaining, engaging and adapted to fit the special needs of our group. The campers talked about his tricks (especially the rabbit!) for the remainder of camp. He won't divulge his secrets but he will surely do a wonderful job no matter the group!

We hired Jason for for our sons birthday party. We weren't sure exactly what to expect but by the end of the show everyone had a great time. We were scared of getting a drunk bozo the clown with red balls and balloons. Jason was an awesome entertainer and very professional. He offered to bring his own sound equipment but we didn't need it. We brought up a few ideas we thought would be fun and special for our son. Jason did a great job with our request and his tricks even entertained the adults at the party.

Jason is truly a one-of-a-kind magician. His show is mesmerizing and will leave you wanting more. Every time I see Jason perform, I'm left wondering "How in the world did he do that?!" Perhaps the best part of all is that Jason creates an amazing connection with his audience and is great with people of all ages, especially children. He really makes it fun and memorable for every single child in the room. I would recommend Jason for any event - you'll love him!

I've seen Jason's magic show in multiple settings and every time he delivers an amazing interactive show for the kids. He constantly improves his act so you'll never seen the same show twice! Jason allows the kids to ask him questions and is always eager to get new magicians started. My son, who is 3 years old, came with me to the last show I saw and my son laughed and was captivated the whole time! He talked about Jason's show for DAYS afterwards. This magician is totally worth getting for your kids' events.
