Jason Matthew Ross

I write and play mostly original music but can do as many covers as requested. I play acoustic guitar, Harmonica, and I sing My nature is to be energetic and to interact with the audience but I can also blend into the background and just play if that is needed. I try my best to provide whatever atmosphere is requested by the client. I have enough material to easily cover 4 hours.

After 6 years of performing Live across the Eastern US with numerous bands, Singer/Songwriter Jason Ross from Raleigh, NC has spent the last 2 years working solo as a songwriter and performer. Jason's music, Like Jason himself, is direct,hopeful, and optimistic. Standing on-stage with nothing more than his acoustic guitar and harmonica, Jason attempts to tell a story of dream-like optimism about life, Love, and the search for a meaning in a world full of uncertainty and disappointment.
Recently returning to his hometown of Raleigh, NC after more than a decade away, Jason has quickly found his place in the Raleigh music scene.

I will cater to what is needed from me.I travel will my own sound equipment that takes no longer than 30 minutes to set-up. I can and have played set as long as 4 hours and have enough original/cover material to do so.

I travel with my own sound system and can set up in less than 30 minutes. I need very little space being that it is just me playing. If playing outside, please provide a small shelter or canopy to cover the area I am playing.
