JG Cannady is a Georgia native who cut his teeth on the Austin, Texas music scene. His style is a blend of Americana and traditional country music influenced by artists such as Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Hank Williams, and Guy Clark. His most recent Nashville performances include appearances at Bobby’s Idle Hour, Jim Oliver’s Smokehouse, The Well Coffeehouse, and Copper Branch Restaurant. Some of his Austin highlights were performing at the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, Meridian Music Marathon, Cherrywood Coffeehouse, and Independence Brewing. JG is an avid songwriter and keeps his repertoire full of covers and original tunes.
