Overview
Jay lives in Chicago, and has been performing stand-up for over 20 years. For the last 10, he's been performing his 1-man show throughout the Midwest. Up until April 2023, he moonlighted as a financial advisor so he could afford snacks at Love's Travel Stops. His dream was to work 9-5 at offices around the country---but he failed at that. Some comedians he's worked with include: Bert Kreischer, Andy Kindler, Billy Gardell, and Greg Geraldo. He's also performed for: Marines, Army, Navy, and National Guard. Jay is also a pretty-good roaster, but only for thick-skinned people. Some of his favorite topics are food, family and his personal quirks.

Choosing a comedian for our holiday party was new to us. There was a concern of jokes being off color or insensitive. We did not want our guests to feel uncomfortable at any time. We discussed this with Jay, and he assured us he would be respectful.
Jay performed for our company holiday party at a venue in Chicago. We had over 60 guests ranging in age from early 20s to late 60s. We enjoyed his personal anecdotes, observations of current events, and interactive comedy. From booking to final joke, he was funny and accommodating to our corporate group.

I had the opportunity to see Jay perform his comedy at a friend's birthday celebration. Jay did s great job of keeping people entertained even with a tough crowd with kids being loud and balloons popping occasionally during his act. It never seemed to bother him and you could tell he was a true professional comedian. Thanks Jay I am thankful I got the opportunity to hear your act and wish you the best in the future! GO Cubs!

Jay was very thorough prior to the night of the event, great communication as well. The event was not a large crowd but he handled them very well, engaging, and hilarious. My husband was in the hot seat but it was not only him, Jay interacted with others and made it that much more entertaining and memorable. Would book again and definitely recommend.

We had a flop event where my turn out was terrible due to weather. That left Jay with a 10 person crowd. Jay did not back down he took us on and delivered a great show. We all really enjoyed having Jay here. He is professional and doesn't let lack of turn out keep him from delivering a note worthy show.

We had Jay come to a corporate lunch for about 20 people. I was worried it would be awkward, but it was very easy, funny and entertaining. Jay showed up on time and was very easy to work with.

I haven't laughed so hard in a long time. Jay was hilarious. His interactions with the crowd were fabulous. There were a few late arrivals who disrupted the show, but Jay handled it like a pro. I hope he returns, I would love to see him again!

Jay preformed in front of 50 people at a Dairy Queen Christmas party. He found a way to make everybody laugh (audience aged 16 to 50). Great guy to work with and I would highly recommend.

Jay told humorous stories about himself. Many topics are universal so the audience can really relate. Hope he keeps joking and adds more stories.

Jay announced a car drying competition we held at a hot rod show to show how fast our product dries a car and did a great great job. Generated continuous participation and enthusiasm.
And - we all had a lot of fun in the process!
