Jean recently contacted me to take some photos and to a short interview for his website, I jumped at the chance. I was slightly nervous because I am used to being behind the scenes (working in restaurants, back of the house pastry) but he made me feel at ease. It was so fun to make awesome desserts, help style the photos, and talk to him about what I did and explain different things he had questions about. My daughter (8 months old) came to visit work that day and he even shot some gorgeous pictures of us together! Looking forward to working with him again!
